Delivery guys were great. On time, and polite. Ultimately had to deliver our sofa to our second floor balcony through the glass door! It was well worth the delivery charge.

I moved in to my new apt last week and bought dinning table/chairs , two sofas , 2 queen beds and a coffee table for a GREAT price. Also , the Delievery option was great . I had two guys come in and deliver it all. And , install the dinning table and beds . From the help I got in the store , to getting the stuff into the apt , my experience was over all great .the move was so much more manageable , getting my stuff here . I would recommend anyone this store !! Thank you ????It does feel good to have my apt all set !!

So where do I start!! The in store experience with Kyle was in itself 4 star! Got us exactly what we wanted knowing our small budget & need in a big recliner. Showed us catalog differences from what was on the floor & in store. Was very friendly & helped my Mom tremendously with getting a "100 days same as cash" deal set up. After approval we were able to walk around and enjoy the floor room & all the possible styles. We had a specific time we needed delivery & the window is 2 hours & we needed it 30 inside that window. They showed up EARLY!!! So we were able to get where we needed to be!! I can't say enough about the Kyle & the team!! Check em out! You won't regret it!P.S. A Spanish speaking woman came in with a question & Kyle had a whole conversation en Espaol with her so come 1 come all!!!

EDIT:: Please stop lying. It makes you look realllllly bad as an owner. You know the way your mind works and you know the way you approached the situation. You're now at a point where you don't want to loose future business and feel you must lie to cover up what really happened. Your ignorance was showing. Simple as that.Fastest I've been in and out of a store EVER!As my husband and I were walking in, my husband held the door open for another customer walking in behind us. My husband and I went left and the gentleman behind us went with the sales person to the right side of the store. We browsed for a few mins and didn't see what we were looking for, so we ended up crossing paths with the gentleman that was behind us and the sales person. The sales person seriously asked us if we were altogether? Why would that be? What made you come to that conclusion? I looked at my husband and told the salesman, "Nope we're not altogether because not all black people know eachother." I walked out. You're not getting my money or a good review. Change your thought process sir, and stop assuming. I promise you, if the guy who came in behind us was an old white couple, you ABSOLUTELY would not have asked us this question. Ignorance is bliss.

Saw this place for my brother, since he needed a new mattress asap. Very pleasant hard-working family business and very fair prices! They have different types of delivery too! My brother found a comfortable bed for himself, being brought next day. They even have waterproof bed protectors.

We bought a mattress from this place, upon delivery we found out the mattress was damaged call them immediately to let them know that they have sent us a damage goods. The guy gonna let me know that I should pay a truck to take back the item to them and then pay for delivery again. Its being weeks now reach back out to them and still he going to let me know that I should pay for delivery to change a damaged item that he gave me.Dont fall victim like I did!!!

I purchased a mattress to be "DELIVERED", to my home, not realizing that it was a "curbside delivery". The delivery man came to the door, and let us know he would go grab the mattress. My Partner informed him that she was clearing the area right by the door for the mattress to be placed there.We waited for him to come back. Minutes passed, and nothing happened. Went to the door and found the matress leaning on the door frame. There was a rip on the bag, and on the corner wet and muddy from the wet and slushy snow outside.I called to make a complaint, and I spoke to an older man, who happened to be the owner, Jeff Holland. He proceeded to school me and ask if I understood what " curbside drop off" meant. I informed him that I knew what it meant, and that I was not ignorant, then I proceeded to ask, so if my curbside is the corner of the street, would they leave out in the corner of the street if that was my curbside, and he replied, "YES".Then he continued to say that, he did not understand how we missed it on our receipt, and sarcastically said, how could we miss that on the receipt. although When you have 2 females walk into your store with canes, would you not think they had circumstances that would prevent them from caring a matress???Yet when the purchase was made with the general manager, Kyle Rossi, my partner told him that we were disable and needed delivery, and Mr. Rossi said he understood. Unfortunately , the OWNER, MR. HOLLAND, made it difficult to get a word in edge wise. I hung up with him disappointed in the way he handled the matter.We were planning to get other of pieces of furniture at Hollywood Rooms, but that will never ever happen.The owner was very unprofessional.

I've now purchased from Hollywood Furniture twice. And I'll definitely go there again. The family that runs it is friendly and I've always enjoyed working with them. David and Ricky delivered our couch and they were quick and friendly, and careful of the furniture already in the room. Sure you can get a couch or a bed at many places, but this is the place you should get it from.

They had a great selection at a great price . After searching all week at other places , they helped us find exactly what we needed within a matter of a few minutes. Well definitely be back again for any future furniture needs .

Such a great furniture buying experience! I went in knowing what I needed, and they didnt disappoint. They have a ton of furniture in the store but I had my heart set on a blue velvet sofa. Jeff helped me decide on the perfect one and ordered from the manufacturer for me. I was given a delivery time of 2-3 weeks and it even arrived earlier than expected! Having it delivered was the way to go. They hauled it up 3 flights of stairs and put it together me, all with a smile. I love my sofa and couldnt be happier. I will send all my friends and family here!
