I just leased my fourth CX-5, this was my third in a row from Herzog Meier. I’m not a car guy and dread going through the car buying experience, but these guys always make it painless. My rep this time was Renze and he was great as well as Jeff. I was able to test drive 4 different cars and then went through some productive and thoughtful negotiations and ended up with a deal where I was happy.

The moment I walked onto the dealership I was greeted by Jeff one of the car salesmen at this location.
Jeff was friendly, talkative, and helped me right away into a test drive for a 2024 Select CX-5. Jeff was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions.
Out of the three dealerships I visited that day Jeff provided a great customer experience and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need or sell a different trim.
The following weekend I purchased my first car and overall I had a great experience working with Jeff.

Cesar was a great salesmen and made the most positive dealership experience I’ve had. The finance/management person that continued to push dealership coverage and maintenance packages relentlessly was a lowlight. Cesar did a great job explaining the packages they offered and I did not need it pushed on me any more. Really great overall thanks to him.
