I had some bad stains that I didn't have much hope for. Pet smells and food stains. He was able to get them out beautifully. Craig was prompt, courteous, and takes pride in his work. I will definitely use Hello Carpets again soon.

Craig was very professional and thorough. He even came back after the carpet dried to do a second vacuum!
