“Ace really is the place with the helpful hardware man! I always get genuinely helpful assistance at Ace. It's my favorite place to go when I'm doing a home project, especially if I need any advice about it. The Progress Ace is my favorite Ace store. They are Ace+ in my book. The very first time I came in (years ago) I brought my string trimmer in with me to make sure I bought the right size part. Matt didn't just show me the right part I needed, he actually installed it for me! Above and beyond customer care.”

“My mother, who is in her 80s, needed to go to Home Depot and pick up a few things. When we got there, the service staff directed us right to where we needed to go. We were able to find everything we were looking for. While we were there, we even found a frigerator for the garage that my mother had been wanting.”
“Popped in here to pick up an online order. I had to use the locker system (new to me) and Tessa at the customer service desk was so kind and helped me out. I never have a problem coming here. A few years ago my son got hurt at this location (he was okay!) and Home Depot went above and beyond for my family then and so I always come back to this location and they never disappoint. Over the past months employees from different departments have been the best helpers, even if they are unsure ( or new) we figure it out together. I will try to update this more regularly since I feel like it is unique for a home improvement store to feel homey.”

“I am not sure of the gentleman's name, but he was an older guy. He cut me a new key for my jeep, and it works perfectly. This is why I like to go to a real hardware store for this need. Home Depot uses an automated machine to cut keys, and they work 50% of the time.
Another thing I like about Ace is the really nice supply of bbq items from charcoal and grills to spices and tools.”
