Bad experience, went here for a massage following a back injury. They didn’t help or focus on the injured area, they in fact made it much worse. The person performing actually “cracked” my hip which causes pain to this day months later. Definitely wouldn’t recommend. If you’re looking for any kind of care/massage service don’t use Hand and Stone, it’s basically a place full of people who watched a few YouTube videos and think they know what they are doing. The outdated IKEA furniture in the lobby should’ve been a clear warning sign.

Had a massage with a 2 for 1 gift card I had purchased last year. After my first massage I made the appointment for a second without thinking and realized it was on a day I needed to travel. I called 24 hours before the appointment to cancel and was not able to reach an employee so I left my name number and appointment time with the reason my my cancelation. Their system does not allow you to modify appointments online.
The next day I went on my flights and received a message when I landed asking if I was coming in for my appointment. It was hours past the time and sure enough I checked my account and they had charged me 70$ because of the cancellation. Basically the entire cost of the service.
I called according to policy and should not have been charged at all but I did have a gift card on file they could have deducted from but no they ran my card on file, weird.
At best this location is unorganized and unprofessional, at worst they run a predatory business model. Make it hard for people to cancel according to policy so they can collect money for no services rendered.

Anna is the most amazing person. I can't pinpoint what she does differently than other LMTs I've been to, but she nails it every time. If you like a good conversation, she is so funny and easy to talk to as well (but she's still great if you want a quiet session as well).

I'm a past employee at this location and I spent a week trying to ge ahold of a manager or someone to help me receive my W2. I had left 2 messages that weren't followed up but LUCKILY a darling sweet baby angel Tawnya helped me get ALL the info I needed in less than an hour. So SHOUT OUT Tawnya

Best in class and best location in Westside of Portland. Very attentive staff and services value. Recommend the Cedar Hills location over all others with great staff and licensed massage therapists.

I have been going here for several years and realized I have yet to write a review. James is the absolute best. He has helped with my neck and shoulder pain and provides such a relaxing massage. I have been a member for many years and have never been charged in error. The staff are so attentive to guests every time I visit, which is nearly every two weeks. In fact, the new management team has been more responsive than ever, even providing more ways to communicate and confirm appointments. Thank you for everything!
