“I recently bought a S&W 1911 and was excited to finally have it. However, when I got home, I noticed several scratches on the gun, particularly on the ejector side and other polished flat surfaces, as if it had been dragged across a hard, flat surface like a table. I wrote a review expressing my disappointment, and within minutes, Chris replied, explaining that the gun was a display model and that he would order me a new one. I am extremely impressed with the customer service and am eagerly waiting to receive a new gun without any scratches. I highly recommend Aloha Arms, especially because of their outstanding commitment to customer service.”
