Unlike most Grocery Outlet stores (which I understand are independently owned and free to be run as the owner pleases) this store does not provide boxes to take your groceries home in. And then they scold you when you try to use one of their empty boxes.
Funny thing is, I'll probably still shop at this store because it's convenient. But it would be nice to have some etiquette from the staff. As a customer, I don't think I should receive any form of this attitude from an employee.

Absolutely LOVE this Grocery outlet. Plus they recently updated it and the isles are wider. The products are more abundant and I just feel like they have everything that I’m looking for. Plus the beer selection is phenomenal.

7/2024 update: Maps never tells me locations when it asks for updates, but I think this is the Washington Square location. No changes.

Don't purchase anything with a $1 off sticker. That is unless you enjoy paying full price for your expired product because the cashiers never seem to catch those. why do I keep falling for this....

Overcharged for produce that was clearly on sale...they do not honor their prices and have a ridiculous, cumbersome return process...be sure to check your receipt before leaving the store because you may be paying more than advertised

I asked them to hold some items for me as I was with my daughter and had her stroller. So you can imagine I had little space to hold items. They followed us around and were not very polite. They put the items back and I had to go back and grab the items again. Hate to say I do not recommend it if you are indigenous person.
