Was told to use ap and make apt.....did that. When I got there it said we were next in line. They didn't call name just took whoever and we waited another 30 min ! Plus the haircut was uneven and butchered. Never again!

the girl with the septum piercing who cut my bangs deserves jail time. I know great clips is hit or miss but it’s never been so bad before. completely uneven and randomly choppy. one side is over an inch(!) longer than the other

I have really long hair and it is difficult for me to find someone who can trim my hair properly but Danuta did amazing job with it in short period. I was in and out of the place in 20-25 minutes with perfect cut!

Had my hair cut at the Murray Crossings Great Clips location. They have a great crew there with a couple stylists who have been with GC for a long period of time and I can comfortably count on getting a quality haircut every time I go there. I would recommend this location without hesitation.

This was my first visit. Why? Well, because the person I used to go to at another hair place was no longer there. Anyway there were 2 hair stylists working that day. Both had years of experience. The one who cut my hair did a great job. She also entered my info in their system so when I go back, there will be a record of what I like done. Their on-line check-in function worked well. I will be back.

I had the worst haircut I've ever had today. If I could give 0 stars I would. I am balding, just a ring of hair around the sides and back. I like my hair cut about 2 inches long. I also like it cut with scissors, not shears. I also don't like a lot of thinning. The print out states all those things. She printed it out and I even mentioned, 2 inches and scissors, and I said, just trim it around the edges to clean it up. I don't think she understood english nor could read english as she immediately got shears and went buzz cut up my right sideburn and up into my hair. I pulled away and said that's not what I want. She didn't seem to understand and kept going and said something about needing to make it all even. My longest hair is probably 1/4 in long. I was very unhappy and will find someplace else to take care of my needs. I would not recommend Fashion Square location in Beaverton, Oregon.

My first visit to this Great Clips was a pleasant surprise.Somehow I had a prejudice that such chain businesses would mostly be move 'em in, move 'em out ..or maybe just not do or care about doing a good job.I was wrong.I had visited their website and saw the fill it in form to get a reservation. Not knowing exactly when I'd be ready, I didn't make a reservation.When I did have time, the website said it would be 45 minutes before I could get a haircut.The woman who greeted me as I entered was pleasant enough. I quipt I knew it would be almost an hour and I would wait.Since I'll have to edit this later when I have her name, I'll end this by saying my experience was wonderful. The only sad part is they do not take reservations.

No wait, when I got there. It was a Wednesday afternoon, so I didn't expect a big wait. I got haircut, beard trim, and shampoo. Haircut looks great! Beard trim was a little off. My right side is a bit lower than left. This could have been my fault for tilting my head. Shampoo was great as well. Best price I've seen around, so I don't mind a little uneven on beard. For cost and what I got I was very happy. I'll be back for sure!
