“Don’t come here” -Carol the fitting room person who will ensure you have an absolute awful time while she harasses you and multiple other individuals. Don’t forget to “follow her rules” as she makes them up for different individuals. Some will need to get back in line if they exceed the limit on clothes to try on their remainder items, while others have special permission to hang halfway out of the fitting room partially naked and exchange their remaining items with Carol with no expectation for them to get back in line. Be sure not to ask for her name as this is a very touchy subject - proceed around her with caution ⚠️ *****does not like if you get too close to the bell - careful, might bite.

I came home and was excited to have Ajay with the tags still on it. It said 29.90 $ so I thought I got a good deal. I think I payed 7.99 for it? Well when I got home I looked underneath the 29.90 sticker expecting to see a higher price but no it was majorly lower meaning it was in euros 17.95. .. which, this hat someone probably got a clearance and just because it has the tags in it you should be more aware of stickers hiding the actual retail the prices I saw today in many items were outrageous. The only adult bike was 100$. I would of paid 50$ for it but usually people shopping at goodwill have clothing and items they need so it wasn't even possible for me . As much waste that goes into our landfills tis think your lower your roces by now the same clothing hats and everything sits on the shelfs . And a lot of stuff in the super center with the bins is in perfect condition and it is a lot better sometimes than the store which is Crazy. Each item should be reevaluated for prices because y'all are selling used clothing that perfect pick up on clearance and they give it to you and someone thinks like me oh they got a great deal. I feel deceived . I would love to for your company I think you need a modern eye, someone who can understand fabrics and notice tiny imperfections .

The manager was putting out brand new squishmallows at double their retail price, then had the audacity to tell me they were "cheaper than if you wanted to buy them retail" in an extremely condescending voice.

While shopping this store for an M-65 style jacket, me and my girlfriend were approached by an employee with short white hair who told me I was in “the wrong section for my gender.” I was pretty much in disbelief that she would approach us just to say something like that, but continued looking for my jacket. She kept coming back to us and suggesting we look in the mirror, and telling us that the coat we were looking at was “expensive”. A note here, me and my girlfriend are both transgender, but clean cut and wearing nice clothes. This is not the treatment I expect from a thrift store typically, especially not in Beaverton. On the way out of the store, not having found anything worth getting, we walked out the front door and said goodbye and wished a goodnight to the employee coming inside. She had curly hair and at first said “goodbye,” but as we left the curb she shouted “you’re being recorded.” Overall this was an extremely upsetting thrifting trip due to the behavior of the employees. Do not visit this location, you will be harassed by them.

I always love going to goodwill and giving stuff that I am not using anymore. Friendly and helpful staff here always. They have a big parking lot and there is always someone to meet you when dropping stuff off. I also like shopping here you never know what you are going to find. I have found some really cool stuff here. I highly recommend this goodwill.
