Archaic unexplained system for furniture purchasing. Condescending and lazy employees. Sold the item I had already purchased in the TWENTY MINUTES it took them to look for it. Waste of time.

I have been a person that has depended on this store for clothing my family. The "color" of the week for half price discount was so helpful. I've learned that the upcoming color for half price NUMEROUS items are pulled and that color is removed from the garment. That way goodwill makes more money and doesn't allow those less fortunate to save money. There are minimal items in the color discount of the week. It's well known that the executives are well overpaid and the employees make far less. Who is getting this extra money and depriving the shoppers of some savings. NOT FAIR for sure. Shame on you,Goodwill. American greed well and alive. This totally addresses the consumer experience. Period. I witnessed first hand a new hire being taught this technique.

Wow. It’s shocking how poorly the workers treat people donating items. I was told that I was donating “too much.” I brought a whole wardrobe of amazing clothes that don’t fit any longer. My recommendation is to find a different non profit to donate to.

I was verbally rebuked by a staff worker when I went to donate my old belongings. ONE PERSON AT A TIME????? Geez! They seem so unwilling to work and also scolded another person who was there. I'd rather take them to a homeless charity. DO NOT BRING YOUR STUFF HERE. They need to fire all these rude, grumpy staff. That will teach them a good lesson when they are broke and begging for a job.

Definitely one of the better Goodwill establishments I've been to, about as clean and organized as a typical Ross/TJ Maxx store with the typical prices and used items you'd find at a Goodwill. It's a decent place to find books that are okay quality for very cheap. It's usually not as crowded as other Goodwills.

Lots of nice good items with good price. Sometimes, the items look totally new.

I was at this location today to donate things and I asked one of the employees to help me to unload a chair since I had a surgery and couldn’t able to lift it. He had a very bad attitude towards me that you need to unload the chair by yourself When I asked what kind of attitude was that he said my manager asked me to not take the stuff out of people’s car. I understand. That’s Goodwill policy but the attitude like that is not acceptable. They forgot that the doners like me or other people made them to have a job. So be nice to the donors. Without them you wouldn’t have been able to get a job with good benefits nor the CEO could be able to make milions of dollars! Next time I will post my stuff on offerup for free for people who like to take them rather than donating them to GW!

I do not recommend dropping off stuff at this goodwill. They make you form a single line with your car even though there are 2 drop off lanes and if you set some of your stuff on the ground while waiting for a cart to be rolled up, they will yell at you.

The selection has always seemed a bit above average for the area here, with fine employees and ample parking but could be cleaner.

We tried to drop stuff off at the exit, tried to give it to the associate, and he was very rude, saying we had to get in a car and wait in line. Once we got into the line the associate directed us into, we were yelled at by the same associate for blocking the disability parking area. We were simply following his exact instructions and got yelled at for it. I do not plan to return to this location and would rather throw my stuff in the garbage than deal with this terrible facility.

Never have I been verbally insulted by a worker for dropping off donations. Apologies for not doing it exactly the way they wanted. The man working said “we’re not dogs”. I set my donation bags on the ground to move my car and I was verbally and aggressively lambasted. I’ll avoid this location in the future.

I agree with the statements about their items being priced too high. And I was especially irritated when I started seeing plates and bowls bound together in sets.I started to go to Goodwill because I didn't have much money, but I could spend hours combing the aisles to see if I could find something to add to my art project. Where $10 could give me some options and still have some left over. But now, I guarantee 4 of 5 items I pick up with interest, I put back because it is over priced. Sometime I get lucky and it will have the color of the day tag on it. 50% off woohoo! But those are random.Goodwill....These are donated, mostly second or third hand items for you to resell at 50-70% off it's original value and when we take it home and find it is missing pieces or part of it doesn't work, we have to bring it back. And returns must me done within 30-days at the store where purchased AND only for in store credit. And that in-store credit is only good for 30 days too.Goodwill, I think you forget that the people you claim to offer services to are also the people who shop your store most. Or at least they were, but they can't afford you anymore.Sorry for the rant. It was a long time coming and today was the day.
