I wasn't able to use my military discount because I wasn't a registered Home Depot loyalty member. When did that become mandatory? If I had my military ID on hand , then what's the problem . I am very disappointed in this location and will not be returning

Customer service Desk: Tues February 27th 2024 9:30am short female blonde, was really rude and snapped at me cuz I didn't have a receipt or the card that it was purchased with , but the same Barcode as the same product that is on the shelf. Couldn't of given me a store credit. Thats just really bad customer service. NEVER RETURN TO THE SOUTH BEAVERTON HOME DEPOT AGAIN.

I just bought a 1 liter bottle of BodyArmor SportWater for $3.48 where I usually get it for $1.80. I did call the number on the back of the bottle and customer Service said they don't control pricing. Well, I guess they can sell it for $10 and doesn't matter. I though 33% is the usual increase when reselling not 330% Anyyyywaaaaay Never buying water or foods and snacks at home depot although I feel bad for the workers who have to pay big bucks for just water.

I ordered a delivery of mulch on the app. It said on the app it would be delivered earliest in 2 days, I wasn't going to be around so I scheduled the delivery for 5 days from the order. All good, right? I get a confirmation email the day before saying the delivery window was between 6am and 8 PM (14 hour delivery window?). I get a call the morning of delivery saying that whoops we can't deliver the mulch because we don't have a truck and the best we can do is deliver it in 3 days. No service recovery, no discount. I call and say it's a huge inconvenience is there any service recovery you can offer? The guy goes "uh, I dunno." I just told them to cancel my order. Also getting a human being on the phone with their automated service is the absolute worst. I'm never shopping at Home Depot again.

A few things rubbed me the wrong way today while visiting this location. First, if I tell your associate that I have recently purchased an item here and I tell you where it usually is located, don't respond with "I been working here 8 years and we have never sold anything like that", without looking it up in your system and I have it pulled up for you on your website. Btw I found it myself in a different aisle. Second thing, if you allow me to not purchase a bag, not get a printed reciept and use self check out. Then absolutely do not harrass me while I am walking outside with my cart of purchased items and demand I show you my reciept (I have the option in self check out to not have one printed), and go over every one of the items in my cart. It is a waste of my time and yours and if theft is that much of a problem for you, remove self check out or don't allow customers to select for no printed receipt.

Popped in here to pick up an online order. I had to use the locker system (new to me) and Tessa at the customer service desk was so kind and helped me out. I never have a problem coming here. A few years ago my son got hurt at this location (he was okay!) and Home Depot went above and beyond for my family then and so I always come back to this location and they never disappoint. Over the past months employees from different departments have been the best helpers, even if they are unsure ( or new) we figure it out together. I will try to update this more regularly since I feel like it is unique for a home improvement store to feel homey.

I placed an online order for curbside service. When I arrived to pick it up, I waited more than half an hour without ever having the order brought out. I tried to reach the store by phone, but couldn't get a live person. I finally left, without my order. I tried again today to pick it up. Before driving in from my home an hour away, I called to be sure it was ready. It took 4p minutes on hold to speak to someone, but I was assured it was ready. When I arrived, after 15 minutes of waiting I went into the store to ask about it. I was told someone would bring it out immediately. About 5 minutes later a store employee named Josh ambled out slowly, playing on his phone. I asked him about my order and went back for it. When he finally brought it out, he threw the bags of mulch haphazardly into the back of my car rather than neatly stacking them as I had asked. As a result, they did not all fit. He said it was impossible, and seemed incredulous that I had asked him to take out the 5 bags he had already put in to start over. With a huff, he did, but continued stacking haphazardly. He said "show me," so in my dress and heels I demonstrated how it worked. Even after that, he couldn't do it. All in all, it took more than 1 1/2 hours of my time for the "convenience" of Home Depot's so-called customer service. Two thumbs down.

This Home Depot is bad, even by Home Depot standards. While there with my sister and her husband on a paint buying exhibition I witnessed what were probably the rudest, most impatient and condescending employees I have ever seen. It was so bad that I left my sister and her husband to their own devices to help a group of older women which some employee had basically ghosted. They were clearly frustrated and I have a feeling that the way they were treated was in no small part related to the color of their skin. It didn't take long to explain the essentials needed to paint a wall; stir stick, semi gloss, roller/brush, drop cloth, tape and a paint key. The employee I witnessed dealing with them could only be bothered to throw a cheap brush in their cart as he walked past them, saying that was all they needed. He should be fired for the way he treated them and the location should pray they don't find themselves facing a discrimination lawsuit. When I found my sister she was dealing with her own tool of an employee. I walked up she was considering semigloss vs satin finishes and the creepy AF employee says to her, "Are you married?" Like what the hell? Does she need her man to help her make a decision, or are you just hitting on her? I abruptly asked him what difference did it make, and he scowled and mumbled something under his breath. Sensitively training. Diversity training. How to be a basic human being. These are all classes that the employees of this store could benefit from.

Thank you for putting customer service above your company's return policy. You are all better than all higher ups that made that policy and they should fire the higher ups and split their salary to amongst all of you.

I absolutely rely on this Home Depot. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. I find people in the special department to ask the more complex questions and if not, I just got somebody else. Today, I was looking for some thing that stopped three different staff members. Even the customer service in front was not able to direct me. So I was considering heading to ace hardware when I ran into Cliff, who walked with me to the new location of the items and, they are they were. I left with what I needed to complete the task and so thankful for this resource and the tools.

get your hours right on Google and iOS searches. Its not my fault that "google and iOS are getting it wrong". Its your business, if the biggest search engine company on the planet who is responsible for directing traffic towards your store is getting your info wrong then contact them to get it straightened out, don't blame the person that's letting you know it's incorrect. God it's amazing y'all have a business with such trash customer service.

The workers that have on orange shirts (MET) must not supposed to help customers?? Because I watched a lady ask them for help and all they said was I'm just a merchandiser! Those are the main people that should help anybody that walks up on them being that they touch everything in the store. Helping someone find something should be easy and they should not be turned down because they still work for Home Depot at the end of the day.

I have lived in and flipped several houses in the area and have always preferred Home Depot to Lowes due to selection and customer service. In the process I spend ~$20k-$30k/year at Home Depot. However when I tried to return an internet order that I'd had over 90 days one of the managers (Scott) refused despite the fact that 1) I'd done this before with no issues 2) the item was not only unused but the box was unopened 3) the item was currently being sold for the same price online that I had paid for it. I mentioned that I had returned internet orders late before and he said "no you haven't". He told me to "go sell it on Craigslist or something". Bye-bye Home Depot. I hope the $30 you saved in shipping makes up for my $30,000/yr business.

If I didn't have to interact with any of the employees this would be a 3 star review. Considering that items are commonly missing. The trick Home Depot uses, is that there are so many employees working there there's no continuity in any sort of problem solving.
