Good collection and helpful staff. I was impressed with the offer for free diamond testing and cleaning service. The staffs at the jewellery section were wonderful.

Who ever decided the bags should have no handles should get fired and embarassed. This has got to be one of the dumbest things ive seen at a grocery store. I used to be able to carry ~4 at once. Now one single bag is a pain since theres no good way to carry it except from the bottom. I dont understand, this is so dumb

I got a bagel from here this morning and it was awful - very hard and chewy, it clearly wasn’t fresh. Disappointing.

My checkout cashier, Kirti, literally ran to find me the shopping bag I was looking for. (And she knew exactly where to find it.) I love it when employees truly enjoy helping customers. Also, great deals, especially with the digital coupons in the app.

Fred Meyer DOES NOT accept the VA promise of authorization of Covid or flu vaccines. I made an appointment showed up on time and was told, sorry try Walgreens. Never again.

The employees at this location are pretty awful.. just today, there was a shelf stocker that was loudly listening to music with ear buds.. because of this, he didn’t hear me when i tried to get by him and after i kept saying “excuse me”. Then, there was what i am assuming is a manager very rudely yelling at an employee on the phone threatening to fire this person. Then i go to the self checkout by the garden center and the employee there was super friendly to the other people checking out and wishing them happy holidays as they left but when i went to leave she literally just starred at me, dead in the eyes but said nothing. I said thank you to HER although she did absolutely nothing but make me feel uncomfortable at first and very annoyed when she treated me differently than others for no reason. I get people get stressed but as a customer, that’s not my problem. In addition, here it is a day before thanksgiving and they have HUGE palettes cluttering the isles making it very hard to move around. This Fred Meyer is pretty terrible. I have been going to it for over 12 years and it has gotten SO much worse! After today, I’d rather go out of my way to go to another in town. Pathetic!

This place went downhill so fast with the added "security" measures. Self-checkout is a nightmare with there being almost no room to put your groceries (even a small to moderate amount), the system has a huge delay between scans, and it'll probably think you're stealing if you choose to not bag an item due to there being no space. The one way gates are just silly too, and are so slow that you usually have to step up, and wait for it to open. Ridiculous. At this point, because no one wants to prosecute theft, we're all stuck paying for it. I'll be moving to delivery via other means in the future and will use only manned checkout if I must come in.

Grocery section very clean. Went there specifically to get Fage Best Self lactose free yogurt. Not very many stores seem to carry it. Also found out that they carry Bryers lactose free ice cream in both chocolate and vanilla.

Fred Meyer is by far my go to place to get groceries or household items. Staff here is always friendly. Stores are always clean and neat. I rarely see items out of stock and they always have great deals and if you use the app the digital rewards are also a bonus. I also love how they’ve partnered with BottleDrop and you can use your balance there as store credit with a 20% bonus credit. Also you get fuel rewards points on your purchases that stack up and at the end of the month you can use them at the gas station and get up to $1 off per gallon. Most I’ve got is .50¢ per gal and averaging about .30¢ off per gal.

I took the time to write this because I am REALLY upset with the "Fresh" berries sold in this store. I bought a pack of berries called "rainbow" located in the vegetable section. When I opened them at home, I realized they had mold. I thought it might be a one-time thing, so I went back to exchange them, but 80% of the approximately 80 plastic trays of berries had mold. Then I took a small tray of blueberries and when I opened it... I found a hair and an eyelash (I was so disgusted that I kept looking and found even worse things, Lmao). Besides that, I bought a pack of Oreos, and it came literally half-opened.
