Their printing services are outdated and extremely confusing. I had to send an email to the printer 3 times and for no specific reason it failed. No one helped, and it takes forever to get anything done there. Not going back.

Won’t let public use their tape gun to tape labels or packages. They say people have misused the tape gun before by using too much tape!

Met with two customer service agents who strong-armed me into telling them exactly what was inside my package. I told them it’s none of their business and it’s personal and private what I’m shipping. I confirmed that nothing I was shipping was dangerous or on their list of items not allowed to be shipped.
The agent still told me they had the right to know what I was shipping so they could determine if it was illegal. I told him no you don’t all you have the right to do is ask me if I’m shipping anything on your list of items not allowed and I’ve already confirmed it’s not. He continued telling me they had a right while I said no you don’t. This happened about 10 times back and forth even after I already told him what it was.
I was shipping a gun holster and then he said if it’s a gun then I have the right to ask because you can’t ship guns. I know guns are not allowed to be shipped ? he tried to make a point that I had to tell him what I was shipping and that’s dead wrong.
His manager eventually stepped in and told me they did have the right to know and then kicked me out of the store.
I went to another FedEx and the agent told me to answer a few questions on screen (the questions they normally ask, is this a battery, etc. ) I entered no and shipped the package without the agent asking me what was in the box. Easy peasy!!!

There's no direct phone number for this location — it connects you to general FedEx customer service and they don't have a number for this location either...so after paying $17.25 + $10 shipping for a large poster that they printed at the wrong size, I can't contact them for a refund or re-do. Super frustrating.

Worst store ever to go to went there to get something delivered express and they just sent it to my own address even when I gave the the print out to go some where else that being said they never answer there phone been calling for 1 hour and nothing what a way to do business

I am in here constantly picking up parts and sending stuff back. Have had zero issues. They know me and my stuff is ready for pick up when I come in. It does upset me seeing entitled boomers getting mad because they can’t figure out how to use a printer, and then blaming the staff for their own inadequacies.

Would leave negitave stars if possible! Delivered to incorrect address, when they finally checked for it 6 days later all they would do was send a message saying it's not there. When asked what they where going to do, they told us to reach out to the company. We did that and they put in a case, since then 4 months have gone by and they still won't do anything!!!!! $130 brakes just gone!! This company should be shut down!!!

This was the 3rd time I've come in to make copies that the employees have acted unfriendly and unhelpful. Today, I had to go back to the counter 3 times. The original helper wouldn't even look at me or acknowledge they helped me the first time. Same with the 2nd person. The 3rd person was the rudest. When I told her the machine charged my card but wouldn't give me copies, she informed me I probably didn't pay. So I showed her on my phone that my bank account showed I was charged, and she told me to get out of her face! Then she said I'd have to recharge my card if I wanted to start again. I counted 6 different employees in the store when i was there, and there were 3 customers total. There's a UPS store about a block away, and they were really helpful.

Lady in the front desk are rude... She ask for my Identification just to ship out something ... never in my life have I ever have to provide my ID.

Brenda was the most helpful! she came up to us and helped us when we were so lost. when the machine wasn’t working, she tried to help by using the machine in the back (it didn’t work) but was still there to help
