Do not understand what's happened to Walgreens. I transferred my scripts here due to constant issues at the location nearest me. Now this location is just as bad. After multiple refills it's now become clear that they do NOT fill a script, whether called in by a doctor or entered online or by phone by the customer, until you arrive to the pharmacy and inquire. Then and only then it seems will they actually fill the script. And it doesn't seem to matter how many days pass after putting in for a refill, we can't get a single script until we come in, wait in line, and beg. At that point they will fill it, but then you must wander the store for 20 minutes until it's ready. Are there any Walgreens that operate under normal protocols or is this just their standard now??

Made an appointment for Covid testing, arrived 15 minutes early to take care of insurance billing. Pharmacist refused to allow the test because it "takes too much time." Store manager tried to help me but the pharmacist still refused.

The store parking lot (and pharmacy drive up entrance) at 19975 SW Tualatin Valley Hwy, Beaverton, OR is littered with trash. There isn't even a trash can by their front door. There is also litter on the floor inside the store entrance where the ATM is located. I can't understand why employees can't just pick up the dropped ATM receipts left after using the machine.

If I could give this place a -100 I would. You ate a number to them not a customer. I want to make this really clear that the employees do their best but WALGREENS could care less about you, me and their employees. If they have an ounce of care it is for what comes from your wallet to their register. Their pharmacy is so understaffed its wrong. Let's see an hour and 15 minutes on hold with 1 caller ahead of me this entire time. I call bullshit. Walgreens you suck. I hope everyone takes their business elsewhere because you do not deserve our business. Fix you shit. Stop making us line up like cattle for the slaughter. This is my last time with you. I will be pulling all our prescriptions and I am sure others will as well. I'm pretty sure that you won't even respond to this review. That is how much you don't give a shit.

Four years ago the location off of Tualatin valley hwy was great. It has certainly gone down hill. Understaffed for the high volume traffic it recieves. I'm not certain if the previous crew was more efficient or the volume was less but I have started going to Walmart and vaccines and perscriptions never seem to be a issue with the Walmart I go to.

The staff here is friendly and really try their hardest to make sure to fill your prescriptions in a timely manner. Reann in particular has made this pharmacy my preferred pharmacy. She knows me by name and has really gone above and beyond to help when there have been any issues with my prescription (using savings card vs insurance etc). There are small issues here & there with them not catching that a "pending" or hold on a prescription should be overridden; and when they say they close at 130 for lunch, they close at 130!, even if you have been waiting in line (drive thru) before that time, so don't come close to that time or you may not get served.

VERY SLOW drive thru Covid testing. Had to wait 20' when no one else was there and when I asked if he had any recommendations on what to do because I'm clearly sick he responded by saying "just get better". And I left.

Has anyone seen all the garbage, cigarette butts and general filth outside the entry to Walgreens in Aloha? They can't take 20 minutes and sweep up? Terrible. They need a lesson from Rite Aid east of Walgreens on Farmington road, they keep theirs cleaned up. What makes it really sad is that the store is almost new.

Lots of work space on tables for packaging goods to be shipped, and also making copies of large blueprints, etc. It was a very good experience, and I recommend it.

This pharmacy is the worst.. every single month there is some sort of mistake with filling my Mothers prescriptions, I call ahead of time to tell them which ones she needs filled and they mess it up every time .. when you call they don't listen it's like there looking at the computer and saying something totally different than what your saying.. so frustrating .. I'm so sad BiMart pharmacy closed and transferred her prescriptions here.. I'm definitely going to lookFor a better pharmacy .. their a joke!!

Without a doubt the absolute worst shipping experience ever. It has taken then 5 days to move a high priority, $1000+ product less than 10 miles. Most incompetent and unhelpful employees I have ever dealt with. I would recommend using ANY OTHER shipping service. Hell drive it yourself and it’ll actually get there! Garbage! Too bad COVID couldn’t have destroyed this business
