Steve is such a personable guy. Easy to talk to, helpful, and willing to listen. He dedicates time to his customers and never seems in a rush to get off the phone. Even though he is my insurance agent, I view him as a friend too. He gives advice on things other than just insurance, such as providing resources, knowledge, and insight. I will stick with Steve until the day he retires. A remarkable and charismatic guy!

I switched my insurance to Steve at Farmers less than a year ago and already he has jumped in my corner. Within a few months of the switch I was hit by an uninsured driver. Steve has been a steady guide through the whole ordeal with assurances, advice and getting me through the process. He's accessible, available and forthright. I suspect he will be our agent for a long, long time.

I am pleased to recommend Steve Woodford. Steve has been my "insurance guy" for 30 years! I trust him and give him all of my business; car, home and life insurance coverage. He is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I now consider him a friend. How many people can say that these days?I have been lucky that over the years, I have only had a couple-three claims. And for each incident, Steve was helpful and compassionate whilst helping me process the claim. He is prompt in returning calls and emails and has your best interest in mind.

Steve reached out to offer a competitive rate on my home/car insurance. I've had home & auto insurance policies with Farmers since 1977. After my first Farmer's agent retired in 2006, he highly recommended Steve. Steve has been my agent ever since; he is friendly, easy to talk to, is knowledgeable about the insurance industry, is always happy to answer any questions I have, willingly reviews my policies and discounts I'm eligible for, and makes suggestions about coverage. In addition, he has given me excellent advice on car rental insurance during travel. And if you have a claim, Farmers is there for you... exceptional service.

I switched my insurance over to Farmers a month ago after meeting Steve. He had offered to give me a quote to compare to the company I had been with for 20 plus years. My rates had gone up so it made sense to get some comparisons. Farmers rates turned out to be very competitive, but the real tipping point was meeting with Steve. He took the time to identify where I had unnecessary double coverage, explained all of the options for insurance coverage, and how the different policies counter-balanced each other. When you call his office - he answers the phone, or returns the call very quickly - no message machine telling you to listen closely as menu options have recently changed. I appreciate that he is the first point of contact for any insurance related situation, to help advise the best course of action. He listens well and communicates well. I am very glad to have made the switch.

Steve has been our agent for over 25 years. He has always helped make sure we have all possible discounts and are getting the lowest price with the best coverage. He has given us advice through the years to meet the needs of our changing family as kids grew up and started driving, etc. I know that I can trust Steve to give personal attention and sound advice to all of my questions. I have worked with Steve Woodford for over two decades. He has been fantastic. The best customer service I have received not just from someone in insurance but from any service related industry. Steve has had my back for years. He is always available. He truly cares about his clients. He has helped me with a couple of claims in the time that we have been working with him. He has helped me evaluate my coverage and found ways to get us to where we have needed to be as my situation has changed over time. My brother has also been a client for nearly the same amount of time.

I own a couple of businesses and have personal and investment/ rental real estate, a car, a bunch of cats, etc, and my wife and I have worked with Steve for about 15 years for almost all of our insurance.
There are probably some insurance products (work comp, business liability?) that we could maybe (?) get cheaper through other companies, but Steve is such an amazing, professional, reliable agent (and just nice...)... On the (thankfully) few times that I have had to USE insurance, Steve and Farmers have been better than great.
More than any of the other professionals I work with (lawyer, accountant, etc), I can recommend Steve to anyone without any reservations.

Steve Woodford and Farmers Insurance have been doing a fine job of protecting my home, autos and commercial real estate since 2006. I am extremely pleased with Steve, his staff & the company.
I know he & the company will be there to protect me if accidents/problems occur.
