Zero customer service provided. Cashier barely acknowledged the customers and just played with the cell phone. Would ask me a question and then go back to the cell phone and completely ignoring my answer. Visiting from another state and will never go to this location again.

Late review but I was in about a week ago and I was helped by an older woman. I think she was the manager. She was so kind and so helpful. Will be back again. Great customer service!!

Tried to do an exchange, very straight forward. The kid TJ I did the exchange with said the amount will be attached with my phone number. I was very clear this is an exchange and that I would be picking a different pair right then. But, come to find out when I come up to the counter with the shoes I was goin to exchange for this teen put it as a return to my card not to exchange with my phone numbet(witch isnt even a thing?? These children were very vague). So not only could I not exchange, I couldn't leave with the shoes I already bought. Im Still waiting for my money to return to my bank. There was a middle aged woman who was very helpful finding the shoes I need but the teenagers they have working here are totally inept.

Just experience shopping at this store specifically. We bought shoes from here and tried to return within the return date with receipt and never worn. But the manager refused to acknowledge the return. That was the first time ever buying anything from famous footwear and the last time. Don't risk shopping at a place with bad customer service. Nightmare. And stop showing you stupid ads everywhere it just reminds me of that horrible experience or how unethical people can be.

This is the best famous footwear I have ever been to. The store was clean, well organized and well staffed. Kobe was amazing. I had ripped a coupon and he was able to still put in the code. I'm so grateful. Wonderful experience

I love the way they redid the store. It’s brightly lit and very clean! Two stars for that. Didn’t find the sneakers I wanted, unfortunately. Part of it was because of the help I got, or lack thereof. I needed help and had to search for someone on the floor. Came upon MJ. She was one of the RUDEST salespeople I’ve EVER met. So unapproachable. Like, it was such a hardship for her to see if they had my size of the sneaker I brought to her. I said “Hello! Love what you guys did with the store”(I was trying to be friendly). No response. She looked up from whatever she was doing. I showed her a sneaker and asked if I could see a pair in either a 6.5 or a 7 because there were no shoeboxes to be found. So I followed her across the store and she went into an “employees only” section ( because it was a Nike sneaker?) and brought out a 7. Didn’t say a word about the 6.5. I said “Thank you!” And she mumbled, “Mhmm” and walked away. Didn’t offer a speck of assistance - for example, there was no price on the box and I was going to ask but she was literally gone in a flash. Just really disrespectful and rude service.By the way, I just read a review from 4 months ago, also complaining about this rude MJ. Perhaps a manager needs to review her horrible customer service!

Make sure you never have to do a return here! They don't verify where your funds are going (going back into card ending in XXXX?) and just process it, so my return was processed onto a card that I don't even have. They basically said, not my problem. Well it IS your problem famous footwear, because you did the return without verifying my method of purchase and it was your system that glitched. Gave me a 1-800 number to call and shoved me out the door. So I left without the shoes AND without my money back because "the return has already been done".

Store is clean and I found what I was looking for, but when I was checking out I was asked for my phone number (like everywhere else) to which I said no thank you I'm having issues with scam callers at the moment. The assistant manager that was helping me then turned very rude and said "that's just an assumption we don't scam" I tried to play it off but she was continuing to be ride through the rest of the transaction. If I don't want to give you my information I don't have to, you DO NOT have the right to it. I get that you get deals if you sign up, but if you don't want to you shouldn't be berated for not signing up. This experience left a very poor taste and i will need to think twice before offer my business here again.
