I stay in hotels frequently. This is by far the best deal for many reasons. 1.) Cost. 2.) Staff! All are approachable, compassionate, informed and professional!I have been treated with absolute kindness and respect. The rooms at the Beaverton location are clean and well maintained. Nice towels. Cozy bed. The air conditioner is efficient AND clean! With clean filters!I am not familiar with Beaverton, however public transit is close by. 1 Block from costco...awesome! The grounds are well kept! Nice, full green grass! Love that! This is a quaint, well managed, superbly staffed little gem! It's obvious the team here takes great pride in what they do! I sure appreciate that! Thanks guys for making me feel so welcome!

Largely an unethical and difficult company to work with. They publish ads that they don't honor and deny you when you use their own system to book rooms that match their ads they place.Locations are usually good. Rather than having cooking utensils or rooms with pots and pans you have to check them out at the front desk making it very inconvenient to a guest.Hotel manager stated they never even heard of their Best Rate Guarantee "I've worked here xx years and that doesn't exist!" I pointed out where it was on their own website and the form that is used to request I was ignored and they repeated that I was misinformed. We spent hours on the phone with "customer service" trying to fix the issue which was never resolved. Being that the employee was already onsite and needed a place to stay for the next month we were left with little option other than to pay the increased rates. Classic bait and switch. Horrible company.

Hard working staff mostly. Overworked- and improperly staffed if you ask me. I have worked front desk- and their job is very demanding- more physical than other front desk jobs. Front desk should be paid more.Very poorly managed property. 1 of my last interactions with the manager included him telling me- he was tired of dealing with- bare minimum accomadations to my disabilities- mind you standard requests at any other- self proclaimed hotel. That is the nicest thing I can say in summary. Smokers are a consistent problem here! I appreciated having a place to live with my baby, while trying to get back into housing. I didn't appreciate how poorly management handled all issues regarding me- or the continuous intimidation & bullying I experienced from other residents that literally affected my ability to breathe & significantly affected my mental health. I say this a single mother & domestic abuse survivor. Telling management about these issues, my disabilities barely moved them. If you ask for compensation for having something like smokers outside your door regularly (after being vehemently promised it won't be an issue) when you have asthma- injure you- don't expect much- without speaking to a lawyer. I also had to call police after changing rooms due to a mold issue- in the walls. Because my aggressive entitled -neighbors are/were chainsmokers. I asked them ONCE literally on video to stop smoking- in front of my door. I was met with threats- and then they attacked my door for nearly a week with giant jagged rocks. Management saw the damage-and the rocks by my door- and only scolded them! I called police because of the attacks. Then they slashed my tires- had to replace all 4! MORE MONEY THAN I HAVE! Just because I asked this trash to not smoke in front of my door- because I was having severe chest pains & my throat was swelling! Last 2 weeks there, and during extra cold- any drastic change in temperature - hot to cold makes the locks stop working. Staff was not even aware- of standard tool used for this type of lock malfunction . I had to ask management about it- after being forced to get into my room through a window- you go there you will see all the broken screens from other guests being locked out too. My understanding is the majority of the staff- doesn't even know this tool exists. Hospitality is not a specialty here- due to management locally & in corporate. They don't care if you're disabled- or have nowhere else to go. Even when you're a paying customer.Be aware.

Rooms for a nice clean and the service clerks we're always hospitable and ready to help. Will definitely be going back again next time we have a trip to the area.Rooms: Centrally located for the most part. Not far of a drive to whatever you need. Rooms are clean and quiet. Everyone there was friendly, staff and guests alike. Great walks around the area. We'll definitely recommend it for everyone.Nearby activities: Walking trails, restaurants, Fred Meyers & Costco nearby.Walkability: Walking trails nearby as well as shopping centers.Food & drinks: IHOP and Popeyes

Dog friendly - we had no issues checking ourselves and a dog in.The room given to us was in a noisy part of the property (room above and below had numerous guests coming and going all overnight - and on the second night a guest above us was bouncing a ball for 1 hour, and after a break, continued bouncing a ball and skipping rope for 3 more hours until the sun came up!Access to the OR State Routes were easy and quick.

My daughter and I just stayed here for six weeks while our home undergoes repairs. I found their ad on CL offering decent rooms for a great rate ($420/week plus taxes if you stay longer than 30 days, which I DID). February 26-April 6.For the most part it was alright; the staff is terrific and were always happy to help however they could. And I saw some of them endure verbal abuse and terrible behavior of guests multiple times. It’s a decent place to stay for what it is, and I’ve actually recommended it to several people, at least two of whom have rented rooms from them.So it’s unfortunate that things didn’t end well when I left this morning.Ive been telling the office for two weeks that I’m going to be transferring to the Tigard location because it’s closer to where we live and easier to get back and forth to work, etc. I even drove over to the Tigard location last week to see if I could transfer over there. They said it was up to the Beaverton location. The Beaverton location has repeatedly told me that would be okay. So yesterday when I went to pay for one more night, because I didn’t get off work in time yesterday to get moved, they said I owe $300-some dollars but couldn’t figure out why. So the girl told me she’d just charge me for one more night so I could check out today. Cool. So I just went to the front desk to pay and they now said I owe $1200!!! FOR WHAT?! They said the room was “re-rated”. Couldn’t explain WHY or what that even meant, but said I couldn’t transfer to the Tigard location unless I pay that first, and if I DIDN’T pay it, they would put me on their “do not rent” list. (DON’T EVEN BOTHER because I will NEVER give you another effing dime. Nor will I ever recommend you to anyone again. After I thought about it, I thought maybe they meant I needed to stay at the Beaverton location to get the $420/week rate (which doesn’t make sense because the ad says 30+ days you get the $420 rate), but if so, I would just go ahead and stay at the Beaverton location and just continue to commute. But when I called to discuss that the girl hung up on me.So basically, if I don’t pay the Beaverton location $1200 for reasons they can’t explain to me other than to say the room was “re-rated” without telling me, I can’t ever rent from them again. If that doesn’t scream SCAM, idk what does. Go ahead and ban me, Extended Stay. I’ll cry myself to sleep at the Holiday Inn. Hopefully THEIR windows aren’t covered in mold, too.)

Stayed the night at this “hotel” and i would seriously reconsider if i were you.Check in process was easy but concerning since no paper work was given just 2 key cards and a receipt. Nothing else was provided about getting around the property. check in/out staff were nice.I first get in to my room and immediately the stench of nasty cigarettes hits me in the face. I personally do not smoke so having to smell that all night was awful and made me congested. I looked around the room and everything seemed organized.I walk into the bathroom and it needs serious repairs. the floor is sinking in which is very worrisome.the pillows are horrible and cheap i had probably the worst sleep ever from a hotel. at least get the pillows right….lots of men hanging out outside just being loud and creepy. as everyone mentions the floors are extremely dirty. my white socks are no longer white…Besides all that my stay was okay but i cannot with good conscience give you a 5 stars.

Solid hotel with affordable units that sport kitchenets, TV, and free wifi. Upgraded wifi was able to handle my workload as a software developer. I have been able to get help with towels, keys, etc at the desk quickly when need be.
