I’ve been coming here since I was 16 so around 5/6 years now and I always loved my nails afterwards , I went today and my regular wasn’t there , no problem. But I asked for coffin nails and my nails are all different shapes even after I had shown a photo , when she put the drill on my nails she kept hitting my skin and when she would file them she was so rough . My cuticles burn and my nail beds and fingers are bright red , I’ve never had this issue here before but my nails feel sore as heck! Then when it was time to pay , i never have paid more then 60$ for my nails here not including tip , usually they are 50$ since I don’t get any designs but today I paid almost 70$ because she added on shape price and all this other stuff and so I’m just genuinely confused because I get the same colors and same style every time . I love this place but I’m not so sure if I wanna continue to go here for my nails and it’s heartbreaking .

Hannah is the BEST!!!! She is always my go to gal for whatever I create in my head for designs. She is diligent and confident.

I visited Friday. My pedicure was OK but the acrylic nails I got look good from far away, but the shape is terrible, uneven, and bumpy. I asked multiple times to have things fixed and eventually gave up. I’m going to have to go somewhere else to have them smoothed out, because it’s embarrassing. Paid $150 including tip, I wish places wouldn’t charge these prices unless they have techs that know what they are doing.
It’s worth mentioning that while I was there someone had to come back to have their toes repainted because the first tech did such a bad job.

Had the best experience at Express Nails with Hannah. Very professional, clean and made sure every detail was complete. I’m from out of state and always concerned with having just anyone do my nails. Hannah blew it out of the water. LOVE THEM!!

DO NOT COME HERE. asked for acrylics and they made them so so chunky the lady just kept adding on and then drilled it down and it was STILL chunky and uneven. its worse than the picture shows. paid so much and im gonna go get them removed tomorrow. dont waste your time or money

Hello everyone, This place is worst for waxing. I would not recommend at all. The lady who gave me service did not understand my request and did not care to clarify as well. She did incomplete waxing and took full money. Whenever I told her to check if everything looks good and please check if the eyebrows are symmetrical. She gave a bad look, looked at me with frustration and even could not manage doing my chin wax properly. She did injure my chin. Worst place for any waxing services. Please never go to this place.

I've tried to go here several times in the last year because they usually do a good job but always end up having to go somewhere else. They are never staffed and even when I book an appointment I end up having to wait. I booked an appointment for 3pm today, arrived at 2:40 and the manager was heading out for a break I assume. She said she would be right back so I said no worries since I was pretty early but she still hadn't returned by 3:10. My friend and I were slightly annoyed so we took our money elsewhere. I don't think I will be trying to come here any longer which is unfortunate because they are very friendly!

This salon is amazing!!!! She takes such good care of me every time I come in!! I appreciate her attention to detail!! She is also sooo funny and is so sweet with my impatience daughters lol I will always come back here and I will tell so many people about how great this spot is! Now a days it’s so hard to find a talent like her and the prices are ridiculously low for the quality you are getting!!! 10/10 thank you!!!

I used to go here because it's really close to my house. The main nail technician is ok but has a very bad attitude. Rude to speak to and bad customer service often. I've stopped going there now.

Great salon. Well organized and very clean. As I was unable to return to my home in Panama in a timely manner, my nails were getting really ragged and I was also in desperate need of a pedicure. The ladies there did a great job!

Very fast and professional! It was very easy to schedule an appointment online (although I believe they take walk ins as well), and I just needed my old acrylic nails removed. Great service and very reasonably priced.
