I came in for a deluxe pedicure yesterday. I really hope it’s that great every time I go in because that was the best pedicure I’ve ever gotten. It was like any other deluxe pedicure but with extra massaging. It was so nice, I actually felt so pampered.
I noticed how sweet they are here. There was a baby that the women working tried keeping entertained. It was sweet.
I didn’t realize it’s cash preferred but I’ll make sure to bring cash next time I come in. Hopefully I found my new go to nail place!

I was driving down to Corvallis for dipping powder manicures until I was recommended to Diva Nails. Lisa is amazing. I totally trust her with my nails and designs. She and the other ladies are super nice and all know my name now! I would t go anywhere else. My nails are the happiest and lo gest they have ever been entire life. I can go 3+ week with a set and no breakage!

I was excited about getting my nails done with my class for my graduation party, but was disappointed with the quality. I spent almost $40 dollars to get shellac, hoping that they would last for at least a week or two. Sadly, it’s only day 3 and they are already chipping considerably. My friend was also very disappointed with the way her French tip manicure ended up. Some of my friends did end up being satisfied, but many of us were not. To be honest, I expected much higher quality for the price I paid. Probably won’t be coming back.

WTF happened today?! I came in with a scheduled appointment for dip mani and regular pedicure. After my pedicure, I was sat with a different technician for my dip and she started it normal with grinding down the top layer but then instead of wrapping my nails in acetone- she used the side of the grinder to shorten my nails until she got to my thumb- then used cuticle clippers to peel off the dip?!?! It hurt and I cried out and had to ask her why she was doing it that way- I then had to explain how they remove the acrylic powder. For reference I've been getting a dip manicure religiously every 3 weeks for the past 4 years. So while I'm not a nail tech- I knew this was just bonkers and it was painful! Back To my pedicure-I had to wait because they were behind which was fine- (tho they did assist a walk in ahead of me while I had an appointment.) I picked out a bright yellow & at some point it looked like they were comparing another yellow that I hadn't picked out but no one said anything & I didn't notice until after but my left pinky toe is an entirely different yellow. If the color I selected was too low they could have just told me and I would have selected a different color. My hand is full of cuts from the dip manicure that I also didn't notice until I had left and washed my hands. I can't believe they charged me $83 and I paid. Oh - did I mention I was there for 2 hours and 47min?! No apologies and they definitely wanted me to just quietly leave. This is really disappointing as a long time customer and what was supposed to be a "teat myself" time literally made me well up with tears and furiously annoyed at the lack care. I will not be back. Had one employee bothered to apologize or attempt to make it right it'd be different- but they had over two hours while I sat there visibly upset.

I have been going here for over 4 years. I don't make appointments as I don't know when I'll be available to get my nails done so I always walk in. I never have a problem getting in same day and same time. Occasionally they have made me come back a few hours later if they were too busy and that is totally fine by me. I've never had anyone do such a terrible job on my fill other than my last visit 3 weeks ago. Every time I've had acrylic fills, it's lasted well over 3 weeks. This time my fill lasted almost 2 weeks but started chipping the first day. I was mad about the chipping, but let it go and instead just filed the area that was chipped. Once I filed the area, the polish started chipping off more. I finally lost an entire nail and that's when I went back in to have them fix my nails. I told them that I was unhappy about my fill only lasting 2 weeks and that I've never had them last less than 3 or 4 weeks. She put me back with the same lady who did them originally. I was watching her very carefully as I'm a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to my nails and she already messed them up the first time. Her excuse as to why my nail came off was because I had old powder on my nails? Well when I pay for a fill at $68 + tip I expect them to not fall off because of old powder.. and mind you, the powder (acrylic) was only 3 weeks old.. as I continued watching her, she was trying to paint my nails without the base coat. I stopped her and said where is the base coat and she acted surprised that I even asked, she then quickly removed the polish she painted and then got out her base coat from her pocket. She was trying to skip steps and rush me out. This was probably what she skipped the first time in order for my nails to not have anything to bond to and chip off immediately. I was completely disappointed that I even had to ask about a base coat and I will make sure that I never go back to Natalee again. I think she does this on purpose so that you have to go back more often.

Great service. Two gel pedicures with French polish $114. Plus tip. Relaxing environment even when it's busy. Got in on schedule. Children welcome, private waxing room and don't forget about your fingers.

Diva nails and Spa -OWNER SOY
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your establishment April 2024 . I visited diva nails and spa for a new set of nails and a pedicure. While the pedicure was satisfactory, the experience at table number 13 during my nail service was unacceptable.
An elderly technician began my nail service by questioning my decision to remove my nails, then abruptly stopped and walked away mid-procedure. A second technician took over and her conduct was both unprofessional and rough. She forcefully handled my fingers, causing me to intervene due to the aggressive removal of my nail. Additionally, she instructed me to place my hand in water that was scaldingly hot, dismissing my concerns when raised.
This was brought to SOYs attention.
However, I believe the cameras need to be pulled so SOY can watch firsthand how foul her nail tech handled my fingers. I have been a loyal customer, and my previous nail sets are featured on your website's images. After over a year of not visiting, this experience was highly disappointing. The treatment I received compelled me to inform my husband , friends and mother immediately due to its severity.
I think SOY needs to reinforce the importance of treating clients with respect and kindness. Despite her aggressive behavior, I still tipped her $20.00!
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust that you will take the necessary steps to prevent future occurrences of such unprofessional behavior.

Fastest man/pedi I have ever had. Didn’t clean toes or fingernails ended up looking ok. Definitely not the best. The place is so filthy looking around I just wanted to clean everything the utensils were not in any cleaning solution and when she started to clip around my nails the clippers were so dirty and had last customer’s gross stuff still in them the plexiglass was so full of spots and everything was dusty and dirty. Such a shame used to be so nice. Don’t think I will ever go back. Feel like calling the health board. So disappointed

My sister and I, We went for the first time today and it was an amazing experience. The nail artists were amazing and funny! Even if it got quiet they still kept us comfortable and pampered. These ladies did over time on my sisters nails and mine too. They killed it, will most definitely be coming back. ?? 9/10 they have what you’re looking for but reference pictures really do go a long way. These ladies love a challenge that’s forsure.

Nice nail salon
Decent service
The only handed me one book of colors & try to rush me when I ask to see the other color options. Why not let the customer look at all the options prior to service?
Barely any dip glitter options. If there are more, I was not provided.
When I got a pedicure, the nail tech gave me a massage and pulled on each toe to stretch them.I have arthritis and this pulling technique was uncomfortable. This should not be done.
They were also trying to pressure me to use Venmo. I don’t have all my cards loaded in Venmo & she kept insisting to pay with Venmo.
I get airline miles & points so this was again very awkward.

Very little attention to the customer. All service personnel were speaking, joking in a language I don’t understand. Ignoring me. No refreshments were offered. Barely any eye contact. Transactional place. Dismissive. Just sit, get your nails filed in minutes and get out.
There needs to be customer care. Not formal “How are you?”, but care to acknowledge the person who is asking for service, for attention and paying you for it.
