Did not inspect car before selling it:Personal items of previous owners still in the car, never cleaned/detailed Chipped windshield, noticed by me, not dealership Chipped tail light, noticed by me, not dealership Car serviced by this dealership for years yet did not fix two SAFETY recalls still outstanding Dealership agreed to fix these things but I have not heard back from them in almost a month to schedule.Had contact two weeks ago and was reassured that I would hear from someone to schedule an appointment and I never did.

They have a Ford mobile service truck that cut me off in the 26 tunnel, where is illegal to change lanes. I don't do business with companies that aren't professional with the motoring public. You have a professional vehicle covered in your information. Not very smooth. This was 12/12 at 1145.

Went in for a service repair on my 2020 Raptor, rear differential was out, I had the front differential replaced at Courtesy Ford Lincoln in Portland (they never checked on my rear diff even though it had noise) that said Bryant was fantastic, professional, and communicative. The dealer got me set up in a rental car and the work was done within 5 days. A fully rebuilt rear differential was done in 5 days. They were phenomenal! I will be getting my vehicles serviced from here from now on

One of the easiest and most enjoyable experiences in a car dealership I've ever had. The whole team is awesome, Bryce and Steven helped me find the perfect fit for me and we're so sweet, the gentleman in the deal box got me to the numbers I needed to be at fast with no haggling and Amy in the finance office was just an angel and got me to an even better number in the end! A+ experience all around!

The experience quickly turned from not bad to the same old car sale. Be ready to play to the game if you are buying a new Raptor from them. It took me a few days to line up my trade for a private party sale which they were actually fairly good with. When I called them the day of the supposed sale, they had all my info processed, said the truck was in detail and even asked my license plate preference for the DMV paperwork. "See you in an hour" they said. After all this, it sounded like everything was ready, right? Naaah. 15 minutes later and I'm driving to the dealership (from McMinnville, mind you) the salesman Dylan texts me and said multiple salesman are shopping my deal to other buyers for a higher price and I should hurry in. WTF? Another 15 minutes and I'm literally turning on to Canyon Rd, the new car manager Kiyoshi calls to inform me "the truck is sold, its not available anymore." What? You took all of my information right at 9am when you opened, the truck was available an hour ago, and now its not?I told them I would esign the contract the night before, or put a deposit down and they said they wouldn't. I've purchased many vehicles this way, why wouldn't they? The next morning they run all of my info/credit, meanwhile shopping my deal around. The entire time this dealership had the typical sleazy used car sale vibe, but taking peoples personal information and then trying to convince them its unreasonable to expect a vehicle to be there once you arrive is a new one for me. This place is shady and unethical, period. I wish I would have read the Yelp reviews first as I never would have even contacted them. Since my experience, I have only heard bad stories about Damerow.On the plus side, my contractor friend learned of my experience and shortly after took his purchase of (5) F-150 work trucks to Newberg where he had a five star experience. Furthermore, I found my new Raptor elsewhere and couldn't have been happier with the transaction. Learn from my mistake and AVOID THIS PLACE.

Had a great experience buying a car here. Yesenia did a great job at helping me find my dream car, a 2022 Ford Bronco Sport, and then introducing me to her team, who all helped me make the buying process smooth and enjoyable.I also traded in a car as well and that was super convenient. Recently there was an issue with a part on the vehicle and their service center took great care of it as it was under warranty. Honestly, just a great company and really a seamless buying process, which is usually not the case with buying cars.

Recently I had the pleasure to work with Ben the Internet Sales Manager and Josh & Nick in Finance.They provided a world class experience in regards to my Ford Raptor. They had great communication and were very transparent, it's nice to see that customer service is still seen at car dealerships, can't recommend these guys enough!!!

I guess they call you on your days off tell you have to call in on days off that makes sense and Brian calling me a lil guy and running his mouth because he's such a big man for talking to employees like that I have a printed schedule and no one seems to know what days I have off HEY BRIAN ANYTIME YOU FEEL FROGGY GO AHEAD AND JUMP oh they changed the schedule when I was Out and no one told me about it how am I supposed to know the schedule has changed when I'm out sick communication is everything if you can't do that the shit hits the fan as it did

BEWARE!!! Purchased a jeep from them. Never cleaned or ran it thru inspection before delivery to me. Then less than 2 weeks later while driveling the family home, the rear wheel came off and destroyed the axle. 6k later in repairs they won't return calls or anything. 25k miles and they just let it off the lot without any inspection. Thankfully we are safe but so much for that whole spiel they give you on how much they care and are there for the customer. Oh yeah and I forgot to mention they took over 2 weeks to file registration. Still haven't received that either. Be careful out there people!

I just got my Ford Bronco Heritage edition last week. The service couldn’t have been better. Bryce made sure that he got my order in, tracked it’s progress and delivered it to me in Manzanita! I feel that I was treated very well. Thanks Bryce! This Ford Bronco is an incredible vehicle, just wow!!

Damerow Ford had the vehicle that I needed and the friendly staff that helped me purchase it! Yesinia and Bryce were supportive and kind every step of the way. I never felt hurried or rushed. They met me at a price I could afford and Would wholeheartedly recommend them to any one that is looking for a new or used vehicle.

We found the vehicle we wanted but we wanted a different color. They searched for the vehicle and loaned us a new Ford Bronco to drive until our vehicle could be located. The personnel were very helpful and easy to work with. George was extremely helpful in getting me just what I wanted.

I have been looking for a Bronco for quite a bit of time. We test drove one in June but it wasn’t the right one for me. Ram was incredible in understanding the model and trim package that were my priorities and communicating to me when that Bronco was available. In July we were able to make it down and James helped us with our purchase. James was incredible with helping in our trade in negotiations and we walked away with an incredible Bronco at a strong value. The communication from the team at Damerow is unmatched - they will keep in contact and ensure you get what you want. Ram and James made a great team and I appreciate the support through the entire process!

Our one year old SUV's air conditioning stopped working in this summer heat, and Damerow Ford was the only place in the area able to take our car in for a look that same day. Robby from the service area was awesome to work with. I got a call the same day with an update about the car and what was needed. It would take about a week to get the part and repair the car. The car was still on warranty so it was no cost to fix. Not only that, Robby helped set us up with a rental car for the entire time while we waited for the car to be repaired. Our repaired car was returned to us in great shape. The car works great now, and we had an excellent experience with Damerow Ford. Thanks Robby!
