I recently moved to the area and this is closest CVS to me. I was picking up the last of my prescription and because I had switched over insurances they informed me that my new insurance wasn’t contracted with CVS. It wasn’t a big deal and I was prepared to pay, but the pharmacy manager went above and beyond to help me out. They took the time to input all of my information to make sure it wouldn’t be covered and then took time to find me a discount code so I wouldn’t have to pay the full price. I am very grateful for their kindness and patience with me. I’ll have to find a new pharmacy now, but my experience here was great!

The manager, Hahn, treats me with the utmost respect, and his efficiency allows for transactions without delay.

Caitlin helped me and was extremely knowledgeable. She was about to push through my insurance when it was being difficult and was fast/efficient. And she was multitasking!Great experience and I’ll make this my go to pharmacy in the future.

Since a new staff has arrived the customer service is not the same, bad attitude and long wait.

It takes a little time to get RX’s filled, I have come to expect to have them filled when they get called in, or I bring them in. I understand this is difficult to get done, however, shortening the hours does not help. I am afraid to change pharmacies, which I need to do in order to take advantage of my Insurance drug plan prices. The (3) Walgreen’s in the area have 1-2.5 stars out of 5 stars, and bad reviews. The only thing I really don’t like about the CVS I go to is the shortening of hours. I think you need to hire 1 more full time pharmacist, it would be helpful to have some overlap so you don’t need to close for lunch or close early. But I have never had any problem with the staff, they are kind and caring and willing to help. Wendy

Staff was rude and dismissive. Very difficult to get a hold of on the phone. When I finally went in to see if my prescription was ready, I was told they did not carry my prescription in pill form only tablet form so they had to reach back out to my prescriber to get a new prescription and gave no timetable for when that would be. This is very frustrating when I need the medication.

Bit of mixed review:Long length of line, staffing levels: 3*Friendliness of staff: 4*Having what I can't get at another pharmacy: 5*Compared to the pre CVS / Target Pharmacy: 2*(Yep been years, but I still miss Target Rx. I'm still using their bottles for my meds, because they're SO much better than any current ones.)So, since everybody is understaffed these days: 4*

Claimed doctors instructions were too specific of an amount.

Terrible service, forget about reaching them on the phone. Used to be a pharmacy I enjoyed going to.

I received a message to call about a prescription. I called and had to wait on hold for over an hour. Based on other reviews, this appears to be the standard level of service at this location. I've used CVS all over the country and have never had this issue. Obviously I will be finding a new location

The staff at CVS has been awesome. I used CVS regularly in Texas and was extremely happy to see them make their way up here to the PNW finally. The pharmacist is always fast and efficient and I like using their online electronic script system in conjunction with my dr office. Make sure you get signed up on their rewards card system because you can save a lot of $ with their deals.

Every time I call it is a minimum of 30-45 minutes on hold to talk to a person. During that time it is one vaccine push after another and direction to their app, which does not work. It is so frustrating to have such horrible service. I would not use CVS if my insurance did not require them.

I get the feeling Jane didn’t really want to be a pharmacist.

The pharmacist would not honor good RX prices and their losing prescriptions and they are hard to deal with.

This June I had finally decided it was time for me to get the covid-19 vaccination. So I searched for available places near me that offered to administer the vaccine. I chose to schedule my first shot at the CVS pharmacy located inside Target in Tanasbourne. It was very easy to schedule my appointment on my phone. There were plenty of dates and times to choose from. I received a reminder e-mail before my appointment. When I arrived for my shot I was guided through the entire process by a very nice and helpful technician named Jane. She made me feel safe and at ease about getting the vaccine. The area where I received my shot was very private behind a partition. When Jane administered my shot, I barely felt the needle and it seemed to last only a second before it was done! I scheduled my second shot here as well. Again, there were plenty of dates and times available to chose a convenient appointment. When I arrived for my second shot, I was very happy to find out that Jane would be taking care of me again. My second shot was as easy as the first. CVS pharmacy makes the entire vaccination process very easy with on-line scheduling, reminder e-mails and a very safe and private vaccination area. I would highly recommend coming here for your covid-19 vaccination.
