Having been just getting out of the hospital and had life savings medicine prescribed and called to this cvs location, spent 1 1/2 going back to the office. Oh, they did have it after all. Told me if I could get there before 8, it filled and ready to picked up. At 7:09pm…IF I could get there by 8. As the close. Get there ten till 8. Closed.Hopefully I don’t have seizures tonight or worse. A heart attack.

Worst pharmacy in town. Absolute nightmare dealing with this location.

Diabetics stay away. These women have no idea of what they say. The same pharmacist that is ALWAYS here will say she’s filling in and doesn’t know anything and can’t help anyone. They are the type of people that shouldn’t be in the medicine business because they make the daily interaction 100x worse for people that have to depend on these places monthly to stay alive. Pharmacies disgust me nowadays. If I have to pay $300+ a month for type 1 diabetic materials at 25 I expect superb customer service. They should be ashamed.

Does anyone even work here? JESUS. Waited 30 min, nobody picks up ever!!! Worst pharmacy to do business with. Unprofessional, and truly a poor representation of the CVS Pharmacy chain

This pharmacy makes it a chore to do business with them. They never refill prescriptions automatically, so you have to call. Good luck getting them to answer the phone. I usually wait 20-30 minutes on hold just for a 15 second conversation. That’s if they answer at all. Then when you go to pick up your prescription, they always act like it’s an inconvenience. Unfortunately, since they’re a huge chain, they get medications in stock more reliably than an independent pharmacy who actually cares.

They can't answer the phone to save their life. I have not just been on hold with one phone for 20 but another for an hour and a half while on my original hold was hung up on and not called back. I called target to see if they were open and they said yes but still just on hold forever. It states also that my prescription will be ready after they are already closed but still is saying I can pick it up which is untrue because I tried. I am highly disappointed as I literally need antibiotics ASAP an can't get ahold of them so I would definitely pick a different pharmacy if you can!

Impossible to get ahold of by phone, which is frustrating. Staff has been positive and helpful overall, but they are likely understaffed and overworked. May be switching to a different pharmacy in the future.

The pharmacist sokhemry is awesome. She is always super prompt, efficient, and kind. It is awesome workers like this that give me good feelies about planet earth. Customer service in any fashion, in my opinion, is the most important thing. Her and I work on that same level. I appreciate it.

Don't give them any prescriptions that you utilize to maintain your quality of life. The DAILY medication I need from them has been delayed more than three times in the last year, and I've had to suffer withdrawals for over a week before chasing this pharmacy to fulfill them.I've had to suffer nausea, diarrhea, uncontrollable crying, weakness, loss of appetite, and basically lost a week of my life each time.My prescription was due on the 1st, they called my doctor for prior auth on the 2nd, and still hadn't fulfilled the prescription by the time I fired them on the 6th and found another agency... I went through Genoa healthcare, I guess they work as like an advocate so all your meds are on time all the time.

This is my favorite Target store. And, I held back for a long time because I loved my Mom and Pop pharmacy, but then, after quite a number of 'smooth running' years, my previous pharmacy was bought by a company that is not doing good things in several areas. It's been 4 months since my move over, and with the complicated list of medications I have to take, I was worried, but they have been great! I'm saving HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS PER MONTH IN CO-PAYS. I can't believe it. Teresa is one of the pharmacy techs I work with a lot and she has done everything she can to make sure I get everything I need. This Target is also very clean and that is one of the reasons it is my favorite Target. I do not shop at ANY other big bog stores, except FRED MEYER and actually, those stores are shopped at for price only.

The cashier that works on Saturdays around 4 pm is someone with not good heart. More willing to say no, to any question or need you have.

Totally done with CVS I'm going to try any other option. "Wrong CVS" & making me drive across town to get a common prescription.

I've come here about 7 times. Everything has been fine until the most recent trip. Messed up my prescription. Had to call my doc to figure it out and the issue was on the pharmacy's end entirely. Took three trips and 5 calls total to figure out a routine fill. Told me they were going to lunch and couldn't fill my script at that time so I left to go home. Then I get a notification saying it's filled before they went to lunch and by that time I'm home. I've been without my meds for over a week now. No ill will to the staff. They seemed overworked but the whole ordeal is just exhausting. Changing my pharmacy. Sad :(

I scheduled covid boosters & flu shots online for me and my husband (who has cancer btw) which took about 10-15 minutes just to get everything filled out including our insurance info. Then we get to our appointment and they ask to see our insurance cards because our insurance info isn't "showing up in their system." So then we stand there for ten minutes while the pharmacist types stuff on the computer. Apparently they couldn't verify our insurance even though I already have had booster shots at this location and provided my insurance info. Then they asked if "CVS was on my insurances preferred provider list." Um what? Then they told us to call our insurance. Again what? Fine I said forget the insurance I'll pay out of pocket. When I asked how much the flu shots would cost they said "like $50 or something." Um no. I'm not paying "like $50" for something that should be free. Flu shots are covered by EVERY insurance that exists so this is a load of B.S. There's really no excuse for this level of incompetence for something as simple as a flu shot. Also acknowledge your computer system is buggy please and dont act like its my fault. I won't ever come to this location again and probably will think twice about using CVS for my pharmacy needs again.
