We recently enjoyed our first trip to France wine country. While there, we ordered a significant amount of wine from both the Bordeaux and Burgundy wine regions. While the Bordeaux orders were handled individually by each Chateau, all of our Burgundy orders were aggregated and shipped in a single larger shipment through Cote d'Or Imports. The process was quick, easy, and convenient. Even better, we were able to save money with our Burgundy orders by having them all grouped together into a larger order. We will definitely use Cote d'Or Imports for future orders!

Absolutely on top of every detail. Easy shipping from the winery or wine merchant in France; it takes a couple of months to get your bottles but they take good care of the wine and if it’s worth shipping home you aren’t going to touch it for a few years anyway!

Exemplary service for more than 7 years and counting. Responsive, great team in France and U.S. The service is not cheap, but they do a lot of work to get your wine to the U.S. Fees are clear up front. There are no inexpensive ways to send wine from France to the U.S.

Great people with an incredible wealth of knowledge for the wines of France and Europe. Not to mention the knowledge of how logistically get ALL your wine needs shipped, delivered, picked up, etc.

We just received our shipment of wine through Cote d'or Imports. We have used them several times to bring wine home from our travels in France. The entire team, from those in Burgundy who help arrange the French side of the transaction, to those in the US who pack every bottle wiht care for final shipment, are wonderful to work with, responsive and very, very helpful. I highly recommend using Cote d'Or Imports to help bring those wonderful tastes of France (or wherever) home with you.

Remarkable, steady, complete customer service with custom order-taking and processing. High quality team coordination attended to and successfully managed several individual winery quirks with flexibility and good spirits throughout (we had to coordinate ten, and then nine separate suppliers the length of the Cote d'Or). Will post a follow-up review after actual delivery in a few months (storage in Portland, OR facility awaits cooler weather for US delivery), but we anticipate further excellent service.

They know wine! They ship and, if necessary, store my wine for free; if the weather conditions are dangerous to continue shipments. If it will freeze, they hold it, if it will cook, they hold it. I appreciate them protecting my investment like it was their money! They want my wine, the wine from their region, to maintain its integrity during shipment. That is a priceless service!

We worked with Cote d'Or Imports to ship wines to the states from France, and we couldn't be happier with their team and their services. Throughout the process - pre-shipment, while the shipment was in transit, and when it came time to schedule the delivery - they were responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. We received regular updates on the progress of our shipment, and Cote d'Or managed all the details. We had a great experience with them, and we will definitely work with Cote d'Or again in the future.

Visited (and ordered from) the winery in Beaune (Burgundy), France on 6 APR. Exactly 3 weeks later (27th) the wines arrived via FedEx outside Seattle. I thought this was pretty darn fast. I found Cote d'Or to be a robust communicator (an early email asked to let them know if I might be ordering more wines in France, so they could merge them into a single shipping order; then a 2nd email explained the process). Only issue(s) I would mention are: 1) several of the bottles had nicked labels, though that could very well have been done by the winery itself and 2) they shipped the wines from Portland on a day it was in the mid-80's. I would have preferred waiting until things cooled off a bit, but I doubt mid-80's triggered any sort of frantic weather hold in their system.
