I am a hairstylist, & salon owner. I suppose I should add- A black one. & for the first time ever, I have NEVER felt so discriminated against. From the moment me & another black woman walked in you can tell our presence caught the woman off guard. Immediately their attention was on us & the products we were observing. By the way nothing in this store is “NEW” so no, I don’t need you to explain what Olapex is. Or what /who Paul Mitchell is, or walk me through each item I set my eyes on & breath down my back before I can even pick it up. We were treated like BROKE statistics that have no business in their environment.Plussss ! My stylist asked where the “Design Essentials” was, the lady made it very clear how they do not hold anything for textured hair. First off, hair is HAIR. A black person can utilize any item a fine hair person CAN. I don’t know why white people think we have our own isle lol but Hair is hair. & sorry to break it to this store, OTHER COSMOPROFS GLADLY CARRY Design Essentials. Holding my composure was so hard to do. When coming to the professional store I love to vibe out & get what’s needed for my career/environment. Dealing with stuck up rude judge-mental white ladys is the WORST. Nevertheless I still shopped & paid 300$ to show them money isn’t a problem. They can let their judgement down on successful COLORED STYLIST. I know it’s hard to take in. We exist. Don’t clutch your pearls. Never again will I step foot in this Karen bound level two Sally’s

Great staff, always super helpful and they give you all their attention when you need help! But they are also great at allowing you to shop and get what your looking for until you need them. Shop is always super organized and they are great at keeping things in stock!

The review that says that it didn't say it's pro only? It's on the door of all of them. You can't miss it. They are helpful, friendly and patient. They seem to be getting better about melting keeping products in stock, so no complaints.
