One of the best consignment shops in town. I love supporting a locally woman owned business. Great customer service, amazing selection on furniture, and the prices are good too. Highly recommended checking this place out. They have delivery also!

In the past 2 1/2 years I’ve spent about 5000$ here; my last purchase was 3200$, I purchased a leather couch there that was 700$. In the store it seemed ok for the price. After receiving the couch I discovered that #1 it stunk, #2 the leather was so old and worn that I slid off of it! #3 worst of all the cushions were so compressed that they provide no support. I know it’s as is, but this couch should have been in the Goodwill! I called and left a message for Tamara about the poor quality of the couch, and a bed frame that was not properly assembled by their people. I never received a return call. Bottom line, do not trust that items were well vetted, be very wary and inspect each item carefully, or you may be sorry you bought anything there, as I am.

I am disappointed in pickup where my cabinet could not be found. Then the assistance getting the cabinet into a U-Haul destroyed the plug and wire. We got home and then a “courtesy” call they forgot to give us two shelves. Drove back again, waited again until we were given the missing shelves. Liked the furniture but not worth the trouble.

I have purchased many items from consignment NW over the last few years - a lovely wooden cabinet, a dining set, lamps, bar stools, a large artificial palm tree and loads of accessories. Consignment NW is my go to store for high quality goods at a fair price. The staff is helpful and everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. I love this place!!

Would never come here again. Bought two items, one was broken on delivery, the other stained, they wouldn't take either back saying it was up to the previous owner and out of their hands.

Management was pushy and rude when closing came around. We were attempting to aid a friend who joined us when he overheated and needed a moment to breathe and drink water. Still kicked us out. Not returning.

Lots of great options and different styles/ aesthetics. Some items were a little pricey, but overall everything was reasonable. Definitely would check out again.
