I got there 30 seconds before closing and Eric, the bank teller, not only let me in but went through all the $20 bills I withdrew to check for the newest ones. (It's tradition to get new bills to give). Such great customer service!”

Just figured it's nice to give some recognition where it's due. He handled all my questions with ease, and was very friendly. Times are very hard right now during a global pandemic and the stress everyone has these days, it's nice to see some people who can roll with the punches and still get it done, because working in customer service I can say during these times some people are still very inconsiderate and sometimes rude to these essential workers as Ive dealt with and witnessed it myself, so I'm sure he's dealt with these issues and still seemed to be enjoying his job. my mom banks here and she always has nice things to say about this location as well and I see why.
