100% recommend!! I switched from cloth to leather and heated/cooled seats. I'm in love!! Highly professional and dedicated team! Gonzalo was a great opener. Helping to get the process started and explain pricing/customization options. J-Robb is an amazing technician who really cares and put his all into his work! It really shows!! Also Courtney and Jamie have amazing customer service and we're extremely helpful throughout the process.

Coach reupholstered my old Bronco's front seats, which had been ripped for years underneath seat covers from the previous owner. Took a few weeks, and was absolutely worth the wait. The work was reasonably priced and very high quality. They kept the top panel with 'Eddie Bauer' logo from the originals at my request. Thrilled with the result, and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for an upholstery shop in the Portland area. Thanks Coach!

I order leather seat covers and carpet for my truck and adding door electric door steps it took the little over 2 weeks get cover, they need to add a bladder for drivers seat but they order after seat covers came in I do not know who the bought steps from most custom shops have 2 day delivery here couple weeks , had come back in 1 day get bladder put in drivers seat had make another appointment get steps in I ask other custom shops how long take put steps on truck the all said 4 hours it taking closer to 8 bad part about it they had my Truck close to a week, for this type customer service I say will not tell my friends to order from here I give it no Stars

The installation work didn't come with warranty. In less than 6 months, my rear view dash cam stopped working and no warranty is provided. I will have to find a different shop to find the problem.

Coach Automotive is highly recommended. They just installed leather for my new Honda Accord and they did amazing work. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. This is the second time doing business with them and won't be my last, I'm sure!

I took my car into Coach to get new speakers, and remote start installed, as well as to fix the steering controls. At the start, they were very communicative, and was able to get my car into the shop relatively quickly. With the speed of the work and how nice they were when we interacted, I was very pleased so I decided to give a more than expected tip. But as I picked up the car, I was informed that there was only a portion that was able to get finished, the speakers and the steering controls. Which the main reason that pointed me to Coach was to get the remote start for my wife. I had to schedule another day to bring the car in for that next Friday and I had to take more time off to take the car in, and pick it up after work. When I left from picking it up the first time, the steering controls were a bit finicky and would work on and off, as well as skip a couple songs at a time but I assumed that maybe it’ll fix itself because it really didn’t happen often enough to make it a big deal.The original work was done in August of 2022, and as time passed, through winter, the battery had died. Everything before this was working great aside from the still finicky steering controls. When I replaced the battery the remote start went out and would now flash all of the lights in the car when I tried to start it remotely. So I called to see if they could check it out and I was told that I need to tell them exactly what it going on before we could schedule anything…. Why would you trust me with exactly what I would tell you is wrong? I tell you it’s not working then I bring it in so you can diagnose and fix whatever happened…. That’s what you would think. I have called multiple times over the last couple months and I have had no answers, so I would leave voicemails, still nothing. I have reverted to the best way to get an answer. If you want a smooth interaction with piece of mind, then this is not the place for you.

Coach automotive was the absolute best business to work with when I was looking to upgrade my seats. The calling staff was friendly, always picked up the phone, or always called you back if they missed your call.The leather upgrade was installed and ready the next morning. The leather completely transformed my car into a place that I never want to leave.The owner is also super cool and friendly, the technician I met was knowledgable, and made me feel confident and at ease because of their skills.The katzkin leather feels AMAZING. Seriously the best leather car seats i've sat in (i've sat in friends Porsches, bmws, audi's, etc). The leather is thick, and doesn't get too hot even when sitting in the sun.Any wrinkles that we're in the seats quickly tightened up within a few days of being parked in the sun. The car leather is super tight, and feels luxurious. The seat also feels way more supportive than the cloth seats that I had before.If you are thinking about doing it. Just pull the trigger and go for it!

I had Katzkin leather upholstery installed in my truck here. They do a lot of these, apparently, as they do a great job. As an auto shop owner myself, I appreciate that.
