I went in and got my oil changed and a brake fluid flush. While there they told me my back brakes were looking thin. So a couple days after I got the services at your store I got my brakes done. I told the mechanic who did my brakes that I just had a flush done and later informed me that the flush had not been done or had not been done correctly because the fluid that came out of my lines in the back was not of the color it should’ve been if my brakes were just flushed. There was no brake fluid on anything down there and not did they mention that I was missing a bolt to one of my calipers and my cv boots had grease all over them and one was torn. Then they recommended things that didn’t need to be done.

In n out, express is where is at. I been coming here w no complaints. Today my oil change was done by this lovely lady.

The employees look like they'd bum a cigarette off you, and it turns out they act like it too, recommending unnecessary services albeit for decent cost so it's not unreasonable but they'll tell you services you don't need and services you have already since declined. They tried to get me to do services to my car, not knowing I got it back in May and it's been serviced already recently so they lied about what i needed, they saw an opportunity to try for more money.

0 Owner and the staff reached out very promptly and helped me out to resolve the issue. The sensors were replaced without any extra cost. I am satisfied with how it was dealt with and the prompt response to resolve the issue.
Update: 1 pm 5/11 working to get the engine light resolved. The air filter was returned back with full refund.
Update: 12:45 pm 5/5 I got a call back from the place and they said they will refund for the air filter once I go back and attempt to fix the check engine light. Will update here once there is any progress.
Had some issues on my initial visit which were later resolved promptly by the owner and the staff.
Satisfied with the overall experience.
