The general manager was racist and discriminated my mother. It was a passive aggressive interaction, talking slower because she did not think we could understand. She also did not want to help process a credit card and said we should just call. Even though we booked an appointment for 30 minutes to go over steps to open accounts she said she could not help us and dispatched within three minutes. I have been a chase customer for 15 years and it was such a disappointment to see racism and discrimination at its core.

Chase Bank Jessica says she is Manager refused to give me large bills from what they gave my son the day before... My son withdrew $975.00 and the teller gave the money in one's, five's and ten dollar increments! They would NOT give us $100's for this amount. Previously they gave us 2 counterfeit 100 dollar bills. Said I was holding up her line... Rude and I would never bank with this organization. What bank give over $200.00 in $1.00 bills?

I came at 4:55 to make a deposit and it was closed. They should have atleast a 5 minute window due to the crazy traffic.

I left a credit union for this bank and couldn’t be happier. They are friendly and feel like a neighbor. This bank is close and they take deposits with your phone as well as outside. But the best part is the drive up teller. Omg so handy. Everyone from the manager on down the line knows my name and treats me with respect. I will never leave this bank!

They have to schedule a week out just to talk to anybody. I can't imagine any reason to keep my money with a bank that cares so very little about their clients.

I work 8 to 5 like the majority of the world so this bank is NEVER open when I need them. Their hours state that they're open for a partial day Saturday but that's false - I went there on Saturday 11/06 at 11am and they were closed. Thanks for wasting my time. Update your freaking website.

This Bank is ok if you don’t work regular business hours I can never deposit money because they close at 5. Would be fine.. but their atm rejects every bill I put in. I guess I have to request a day off to get money in my acct.

Who thought I would leave a review for a bank. But the gentle at the front was really helpful today. Easy parking! And barely any wait.

Excellent customer service! I was anxious about cashing in a savings bond: they did it with ease and certainty. I will absolutely be going back for my needs!

This review is based upon my interaction with district manger for this branch. He is based in Seattle, WA. Please note that all interactions with the staff at this Murrayhill (Teal Blvd.) location have been generally positive and warm. My family are Chase Private clients and we do our investing through this branch. We have placed a significant amount of trust with JP Morgan Chase Investments. However, when we had a few issues with our current advisor, we asked to for a change. This district manager was asked by the Chase Private Client team to find us a new advisor. I spoke with him and he stated he said he would try to find a suitable fit and call me back in 2 days with recommendations. After a week of no response, I contacted the Chase corporate office. They informed me that he or his boss would get back to me. I did not received a response. Two days later, I reached out again. That afternoon at 4:40 pm, I received a call back. He stated that he was frustrated and unwilling to resolve our issue. He further told us to take our business elsewhere. His reasoning was that if we, as clients expected return calls and accurate follow through of our instructions we did not belong with Chase. He then proceeded to tell me that each Chase branch was overworked with 300-400 investment clients to maintain; the Chase investment team were unable to return calls and complete paperwork that is not "hurried" which therefore create mistakes. He stated that he did not have time for individuals such as ourselves who required assistance. I became worried that our money was in unsafe hands and there were outstanding issues, namely the administrative mistakes made. (Our advisor had marked the wrong year of our daughter's HS graduation, therefore her funds would be calculated incorrectly or there would be a delay in receiving the funds). I had asked if he would be willing to correct the aforementioned errors. He refused and said that we had to handle it ourselves as it was outside scope of Chase. Lastly, I asked if we could work on healing this relationship - after all we had been with the institution 20 years. He said no--"the bridge has been burned." He then proceed to complain that he was working past 5pm and he had to make it to his child's Kindergarten Orientation (it was 5:15pm) He continued to complain about his workload - as he was too busy with over 40 people directly reporting to him in two territories. It sounds as though he is unable to complete the requirements of his job. He ended the call telling me that they did not want to deal with us in the future and did not have time for our needs. He communicated that he would like to end our banking relationship with Chase. I would encourage any investors to consider other options. This district manager struggles with client relations and valuing the opportunity to work with investors. He does not appreciate those who expect him to fulfill his duties and responds to feedback in a hostile and discriminatory manner. Please take your hard earned money where it is safely invested and your opinions are valued.

I need to remember my own reviews. Why did I come here again? So stupid. Same experience all over again.
PREVIOUS REVIEW FROM 2016:
Not helpful at all. I'll just leave it at that because it's a long story.
Which is too bad, because I have one personal credit card from Chase and one business credit card. And they are FANTASTIC from a credit card standpoint. But based on my experience here today and difficulties I've had in the past at this branch I won't be doing any future banking with Chase.
