Had to get some last minute graduation gifts. It was a win. The lady that was helping me was very polite and helpful. She recommended all around advice on what I was looking for. So the customer care was fabulous. I highly recommend this store.

We come here at minimum 2x a year for the past 20 years. We've had some visits that have been better than others, but our visit here 2 days ago was very disappointing. We arrived on time for our 7:15 reservation, yet we didn't get seated for 45 min. At 7:15 we are already hungry plus we had 2 young children in our party so you can only imagine how much they enjoyed that long of a wait just to be seated. Once we were seated, our chef took quite some time to arrive. We ordered an appetizer, which was completely forgotten. One of our meals had a lobster tail, which was forgotten, then after we let him know it was missing, and he got someone to bring it to him, he served it terribly undercooked. Even the manager could tell it was undercooked just by looking at it from about 5ft away. They forgot to take our picture at the end so as we were walking out we asked why we didn't get our photo, the guy said "oh! Let's get that taken right now!" They turned out to be the absolute worst pictures we have ever had taken in all our visits. We finally walked out of the restaurant at 10:30. 3hrs & 15 min after our reservation time. I don't know when or if we will be returning.

Went to Ross. Saw lots of great deals on kids toys. Bought my granddaughter a slime set that was in containers that looked like perfumes and lipstick. Cheap.

There is a very good supply of fresh, frozen meals in their freezer section. They are nicely stocked, which is something I cannot say of other Petsmart locations.Cashiers are friendly and knowledgeable.

Good sized shopping center, the wes train is accessible from there. Very clean parking lots! Offer a wide selection of stores to shop at some include, Ross, Burlington, Marshall’s, and Nordstrom rack! Shop here all the time. Yes, I would recommend this to other people. Also you can get in the freeway from there

I'm saying 5/5 because I was working for traffic Control and I didn't know it was private property and I moved my car after a couple hours and it wasn't towed. Thank you Cascade plaza.

Absolutely overpriced everything you can get anything you need on Amazon way cheaper than here. People are friendly but the prices and everything is not worth going in paying for.. Exact same brands you can buy here at this place. You can get at Walmart for 20 to $25 cheaper. The people were always friendly but service was a little slow and lines were a little long for certain things to get out of the boxes behind the counters.

The staff needs customer service training. I stopped in because I was passing by. I learned not to do that again. I will continue to only go to Petco. They have great customer service and pet products.
