Coming off a 12 hr shift at eight in the morning, my Tiger spit it's chain and left me stranded. As my bike is my only mode of transportation, I needed a new chain ASAP. After calling a tow company I reached out to Cascade Moto to see if there was any chance of squeezing me in. They weren't open yet, but that didn't stop Dave at the front desk who was in early, from taking my number to pass along to the service department when they showed up. About 15 min later, service writer Jasmine returned my call and told me to bring my broken ride in and they would get it done ASAP and definitely by the end of the day. I arrived at 0930-ish and they checked me in right away, and let me know they were going to start work right away. I went outside, sat down on a bench and fell asleep. About an hour and a half later, I was woken from my nap with news that pending a test ride, my bike was done. The staff are great and super friendly, and the service was amazing. I was a H-D mechanic at 3 different dealerships for 10 years, and I know the in's and out's of what makes for a great service department which in turns leads to a great customer experience, and Cascade Moto is doing it right! Thanks!

I had a very good experience over a few weeks investigating, deciding on, and purchasing a motorcycle from Cascade Moto. Salesperson David Atkinson was knowlegable and informative, and also patient as I sorted through my alternatives. It was more like discussing different options with a friend than with someone intent on selling you something. The 2019 Triumph Tiger 800 I bought seems outstanding and I felt good about the price I paid. I expect to ride it for a long time, but if/when I want to make a change, I'll certainly return to Cascade Moto.

My kids and I went by the store today to pick up a gift for my gear head hubby. Everyone was so nice AND Paco the shop dog showed us around the place. Can’t get much more fun than being shown awesome bikes by an awesome polar bear dog! You gotta go visit!

The most AMAZING !!!! Motorcycle buying experience of my life and I have been enjoying motorcycling for 60 years . The entire staff was so knowledgeable and highly informative about all needed details. Absolutely outstanding dealership. They make you feel like part of their family. From Dave the finance manager to Kenny the salesman to Sam the service manager so helpful. Special props to Kenny and Sam for securing my bike in my enclosed utility trailer for its 300 mile trip home. It never moved from its originally tied down position . I highly recommend this Dealership!!!!!! Thanks again gentlemen!!!!

I’ve brought my bike to Cascade for nearly 6 years since I moved to PDX and had decent service in the past but this year was a dumpster fire.$1500 full service in May didn’t even cover all fluid replacements and isn’t worth it at intervals they suggest.Had issue with stepper motor later in the summer; techs didn’t evaluate full issue or believe my suggestion that it was related to stepper motor which left me with engine cutting out in heavy rain for several hundred miles after they said it was just a disconnected hose that they resolved. Out hundreds $$ again. They told me the front tire they installed was wobbly because the tire itself was bad but really it was just installed wrong which they could have checked but didn’t, even after I asked them to. I wasted more $$ having THE SAME tire remounted by another shop just to see who was right and surprise, there’s no wobble and it works just fine. The worst is that they didn’t install my rear tire correctly which I discovered while on a long trip. The tensioner bolt on the right wasn’t even touching the axle nut; a full 1” away and tightened, not loose. This ruined my chain, guard, and sprocket forcing me to be stuck in another state for 3 weeks while parts were delivered and replaced.I’ve spent over $10k on parts and servicing at Cascade over the years, but no longer trust the quality of work or their word which sucks. I absolutely should have meticulously looked over my bike after getting it back even though I was in a rush to start my trip and it was my fault to blindly trust quality work was being done.Kenny and Nick are still dope, and there are other people there I like and respect. But I don’t know how to even go buy parts from there anymore after the inaccuracies, inconsistent work, and $4k+ drain this year. It’s sad and I wish there was better quality assurance. Use caution on getting work done here.

I took my Bonnie in for its annual service, and to have a wind screen mounted. Everyone was so friendly. I felt like I was a regular (it was my first time, I bought the bike Oct. 2022). The service staff was very informative and helpful, and suggested newbie friendly routes home so I wouldn’t have to take the freeway during rush hour.

Just bought my 4th Triumph from Triumph Portland/Cascade Moto. for over a decade I have been making all of my motorcycle purchases and getting all of my service from them. Best staff in the world, always helpful always perfect. You feel like family here. I just just got my new 2023 speed triple and the service is still exceptional. I even got a follow up call just to make sure I was enjoying it. Best dealership on earth hands down. The entire team kicks butt. Thanks Nick and Liz on this last one, amazing bike!

Hats & helmets off to Cascade Moto Classics for their recent annual service on my '19 Triumph Tiger 1200 XRt. Made the appt with Liz, rode up from the Medford area, enjoyed visiting the shop while the service was completed by Ben, then we continued the 4-day loop ride west to US 101 South. Arrived back home after the 751 mile ride. Perfect, and well worth the trip. Thank you. Go, Tiger, Go! Woody & Ann (Apr. 2021)UPDATE Oct. 2023: We decided to upgrade to a 2023 Triumph Tiger 1200 GT Pro. Our thanks to Kenny Yan & the entire CMC staff for a terrific trade-in experience, from start to finish. 2 thumbs up, again!

I bought a Triumph Speedmaster from Cascade back In 2012 which I am still the proud and happy owner of, and I recently bought a new battery from them. I live 20 miles from Cascade and traffic is brutal but Kilo who works there realized that he lives very close to me offered to deliver it at home. Now that's customer service!

What a wonderful staff of truly genuine people! Kenny was my main contact, helping me get history on my (used) bike, ride with me for a test ride and made sure it was primed to ride upon pickup. Janelle and Kilo were incredibly helpful in looking at riding accessories and made me feel good about my purchase. David guided me through the financials and was crystal clear about service and warranty programs.I love that they implemented a 24-hr test ride and rental program on their bikes. An awesome idea for getting to know the bike you want to purchase or riding with visiting friends and family.I look forward to future visits to this dealership for gear or a bike upgrade!

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a brand new 2023 Triumph Trident 660 from Cascade Moto in Beaverton, Oregon, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked into the dealership, it was evident that this place was special.Nick, who assisted me with the purchase, went above and beyond to ensure that I found the perfect motorcycle for my needs. His knowledge and passion for motorcycles shone through, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about helping me make the right choice. Nick wasn't just interested in making a sale; he was dedicated to matching me with the bike that would bring me the most joy.The paperwork process, handled by Mr. Dave, was smooth and efficient. Dave took the time to explain all the details and answer my questions, making sure I understood every aspect of the transaction. His professionalism and patience were greatly appreciated.Janelle, whom I had the pleasure of meeting, was incredibly nice and very knowledgeable. She provided valuable insights and assistance during my visit, enhancing my overall experience.Liz, the manager at Cascade Moto, is an absolute gem. She exudes warmth and hospitality, making you feel like family from the moment you step through the door. Her caring and friendly demeanor create a welcoming atmosphere that sets Cascade Moto apart. In short, Cascade Moto is not just a dealership; it's a place where you'll find exceptional service, genuine care, and a team of people who are passionate about motorcycles. Thanks to Nick, Dave, Janelle, and Liz, I not only found my dream bike but also a dealership I can wholeheartedly trust. I'm proud to say that Cascade Moto in Beaverton, Oregon, is now my go-to motorcycle destination, and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Thank you all for making this experience so special!

Here’s my top 8 reasons for not buying a motorcycle at Cascade Moto Beaverton. And why you may want to rethink doing so.To start, I wanted to say that I discovered Cascade Moto Beaverton in 2020 and quickly found they weren’t like any of the other of the shops in town. But sadly, under new more corporate owners, that’s changed.Long story short, I eventually bought a used 2020 Speed Twin 1200 at the Cascade Moto Beaverton location in 2021 without any problem. And without any bogus fees.Yet, while recently trying to purchase a used, Speed Triple, I soon found those times are over. Here’s what I found:1. They don’t know how to treat valued customers who spend a TON of money there.Keeping in mind I just bought an $800 track suit, $300 track boots , and new $500 Power 5 tires. But when I brought up the fact that I didn’t pay these junk fees on my prior motorcycle purchase, and that I didn’t feel comfortable paying this for a used Speed Triple (actually emailing them the Bill of Sale I kept from my 2021 purchase)… do you know how they responded?“Everyone pays that.” Without explaining what it was for. And why I was being charged for it, now, when I wasn’t previously.2. They charge a lot more for the same bike. When I showed them a link to another dealer that listed the same exact bike with a ton of add-ons, 1/3 of the miles, charged $1,000 less, and wouldn’t charge any “doc fee” or other random fees, do you know what the GM from Cascade said?“I think that sounds like a great deal. You should take it.”3. They don’t know how to “do the right thing” anymore.Having spent upwards of $15,000-$20,000 from 2021-2023 on not just a bike, but upgrades, gear, and service, what surprised me most is just how many opportunities I gave them to do the right thing and didn’t.Which tells me?4. All they want to do is make the easy sale and be done with you.Now you would think after the debacle I just explained, above, they’d reach out about other, similar offers. Or even call me to follow up and see what they could do to earn my business. But instead?I got nothing.Which also tells me….5. Management just doesn’t seem to care.On top of everything, I thought, “well why don’t I just talk to the GM to let them know what happened, and see if/how they would address it — because I like the Triumph brand so much?” Except, when I discussed all of the above over the phone with the GM and gave them the chance to “do the right thing,” I had to reach out to THEM a WEEK later to see if they had any resolution. And?To my surprise I wasn’t just given some generic, corporate-sounding email with some money off a track day. I was given the cold shoulder and told to go buy the bike elsewhere, (which I gladly did).6. Some will go out of the way to completely ignore you.Like I told them GM. “You don’t have to like someone, but when they’re spending tens of thousands of dollars, at least be professional and acknowledge your customers.”But for some employees it just doesn’t matter.7. It’s not the original, mom-and-pop shop I knew and came to love. Now bought out by a company called, “Motos America” I can only assume it’s less about people, now, and more about company profits.Which is a shame, when you think that I went to the original owners retirement party, I used to attend their classics ride each month, hung out with many of the people there, etc.8. I just don’t like or trust them anymore. While I thought I knew everyone I was dealing with for a number of years, I really started to not like what they were trying to pull.Which led to me not trusting that they couldn’t take off these bogus fees. Which led me to think, “as a repeat customer of a store, who was about to drop another $15,000 on a used bike… why give someone your hard-earned money that clearly doesn’t value or appreciate you?”So I changed brands entirely.
