Carr Subaru, Thanks for a positive experience, honest pricing, and great customer service. I spent the afternoon with Quentin and want to thank him, his Manager, and the Finance Team for our purchase of a CPO 2021 Crosstrek. Earlier in the day I walked through the purchasing process with my daughter to show her what to expect when buying a car. We were at competing dealerships, and they were not upfront and truthful with their advertised prices. The Carr Subaru team was candid with their internet price and clearly explained what's within the current warranty and what was optional to extend the warranty. Thanks so much for the Team at Carr Subaru - showing my daughter what a proper dealership and sales team looks like. I will definitely forward Carr Subaru names and phone numbers to others looking for a Subaru in Oregon!

I brought my Outback here because it had a leak -- water was leaking through the driver's side door, running down the inside of the door frame and dripping slowly onto the carpet below. The carpet was damp in front of the driver's seat when I brought it in. When I picked it up, the leak had been fixed, but they literally flooded my car in the process. The carpets were sopping and there was like three inches of standing water underneath the driver's seat. My son and I were late getting out of there because we had to wait so long for the guy to bring us the car, as he could not see with all the windows completely soaked on the inside so bad the defrost would not clear it. I wiped the windows down before we left but it was still a dangerous drive. When I called about it they explained that they have to use a pressurized water "test" to make the repair and "clear out the drains," whatever that means, and the manager recommended I bring the car back in so he can "work with me" on a price to repair the damage they had caused. No thanks. But what a nightmare removing the seat to bail out the well of water underneath and take the car all apart so I could uplift the carpet and the THICK and super absorbent carpet pad to soak it all up and then run space heaters in there overnight to dry it all out -- and it still smells like wet diapers in my car now. Thanks Carr Subaru!

Good customer service at the service department. But please do not allow them to wash your car. We went in for a simple recall appointment. The recall was in the underbody of the car and did not require opening the hood or doing anything off the lift. The actual repair process was great and everyone was very nice. They even accommodated our work schedule and provided a loaner car without hassle. However when we got our car back it was clear that the "detail crew" had taken a dry brush along the entire car, front to back, and just rubbed all of the dirt and debris along the way into the clear coat with no water or soap. The car was still very dirty, but now covered in scratches too. It was just detailed a few weeks prior so this was absolutely crushing. Thankfully the service manager was apologetic and very accommodating. He put a "do not wash" flag in the system for our car and paid for a professional detail outside of the dealership. However I'd recommend that anyone getting their car serviced here to decline any washes. The idea that anyone would think it's ok to brush a dirty car with a dirty brush without any lubricant and call that a "courtesy detail" is pretty mind-blowing.

I decided to stop by today since it's on my way to work. My car has been having issues and I wanted to check out what you guys had in inventory. Right as I came inside, I was welcomed by Vito. He's such a nice person and a great salesman. I just wanted to make sure that was noted and anyone coming in to CARR Subaru needs to seek him out for help in anything.

I had a fantastic experience recently leasing my new subaru! I called one morning and left that night with my car traded in and new keys in hand to the car I was looking for! I got help from the sales associate Quintin and he was incredible! He made sure i left in great hands and paying the price I was aiming for on my monthly payments. He was very informative on everything I needed to know regarding the process as well as the new car I picked out. He was also a great conversationalist during the waiting period and I loved the connection we were able to build during my time spent at Subaru. He continued to follow up with me after my purchase to make sure all my additional questions were answered after giving my wheels a spin for a few days. I have been a subaru driver for over 10 years and have always gone to Carr for my services! I love my new car and highly recommend anyone who wants a subaru to go to Carr and ask for Quintin!

Our tire had a slow leak, fortunately Carrs' has an Express Service area, no prior reservations needed. We just drove up and we were greeted promptly and cordially. Told us they would check it out and call us with the results. Quick friendly service. Very informative without being pushy. We were well taken cared of. Thank you Carr Subaru!

From the moment I walked in, to the moment I was handed the keys to my new car, the team at Carr Subaru were immense! My experience with Carr Subaru was extremely disappointing. Despite the extensive discussions that took place prior to finalizing the deal, I found myself facing a situation where the agreed-upon details of the transaction were not upheld. This discrepancy left me with a strong sense of distrust and concern. Moreover, it was my first encounter with Carr Subaru, and I can confidently say that it will be my last. I plan to ensure that my colleagues and others are aware of the dealership's lack of professionalism and integrity. This experience has left me profoundly dissatisfied and serves as a cautionary tale for anyone considering doing business with Carr Subaru.

Excellent customer service by Jake at this Beaverton location! I was very impressed with how my particular situation was handled with competence and patience. My Outback trunk was acting up like it had its own mind and the problem was becoming very unsafe! Jake was just very capable all around! And it was fixed like brand new the next day! I'm a happy customer, and will return again and again! Thank you for the awesome services!!

My car was a few thousand miles past need for a checkup. My wife had just had her car (2004 Forester) checked. My car's checkup (2015 Forester) was less expensive than I thought. It seems newer cars have fewer parts that need work. While it was in their parking lot overnight, the front windshield was damaged. They checked their video surveillance and saw that it was vandalized over night while in their lot. Bob Thompson, Assistant Service Manager was a great help. He arranged for the window to be replaced which was done with no further cost to me. No drama, just help getting it fixed. Very satisfied.
