Had the windows on our home done and was far less than impressed. A lot of streaks, handprints and dirty spots left. Came back twice to fix them before we had to say no thank you. Tracked barkdust throughout our home and on our new carpet.

I had them come to my home he did amazing work, he was very professional , and he knew his carpet I will rehire for sure. I would suggest to call him you wont be disappointed.

Had my Queen mattress cleaned. Travis did an excellent job and was very thorough. I will be using Carpet Masters NW in the future. Highly recommend.

I am so happy with my now VERY clean couch. It looks and feels brand new!! Travis was prompt, very courteous, and professional. He showed me all the dust and animal hair he was able to get out of the fabric (gross but kind of awesome.) Highly recommend!!

Travis and Dwayne were fantastic. They used all natural cleaners and got all the dirt/pet stains out of the carpet of the condo I had recently purchased. Prior to my appointment, they had quick and timely responses. During the cleaning, they even allowed me to see the differences in clean vs. dirty. I would definitely recommend their service and will be using them again in the future.

I am thoroughly impressed and very happy with the cleaning job Travis did on my Turkish carpets. I've had the carpets for 15 years and never had them cleaned until today. Fifteen years of dogs and cats traffic, as well as kids, had them looking dingy and smelling funky. They look brand new and smell fresh. The price was more than reasonable for what Travis did. I prefer to support small, locally owned businesses, as they care about making the customer happy, which Carpet Masters NW nailed!! Thank you, Travis.
