“Great customer service. They called me within minutes once the car insurance put in a request I needed a vehicle. Had one for me the next day. Even though it wasn’t ready at the scheduled time to make sure I was updated. I was okay with it since I was running behind too. Followed up with me to make the the car was okay and no issues. Checking out was smooth as can be. The gentleman checked the vehicle and was very personable. Smooth process overall.”
