I can't say enough good things about Buster &Lilly's! The staff is amazing! My dog LOVES going there. He walks in like it's his second home. And everyone knows his name. It is so clean! And cheerful! I am so grateful to have a place where I can leave my fur baby and know he is well loved and has friends to play with. I highly recommend them.

My dog was just killed by another dog here. They're not watching your dogs as closely as you'd expect. 0/10 would not recommend. They didnt even offer monetary compensation for our beloved lily. We brought her to buster and lilys and never saw her again.

Buster & Lilly’s is like bringing our dog to his second home. He has gone there since he was 6 months old and he is now almost 11years old. The entire staff cares for the dogs as their own. Our dog was staying there while we were out of town and he had a medical emergency. Brian and the entire staff went above and beyond to help our dog as we frantically tried to make it home. I highly recommend this doggie daycare if you are looking for a welcoming and loving place to take your doggie!

Been using Buster & Lilly's approximately 8 months. Recently stopped using this business after calling with concerns and being told verbally by supervisor/PIC that they will kennel., i.e., discipline your adult/puppy dogs (including my own) "for their own good" for "prolific" playing too hard, excessive panting, getting "over heated" "...there's food and water in there."Additionally staff DO NOT disclose to owners, at pickup time, if their pet was kenneled or disciplined, how often, how long or for what?!Our 10 month old, was flown to us as a puppy in a kennel and is deathly afraid and cowers now if she even see's one. I deliberately asked staff last year: if they ever kenneled dogs? I was told: no, never.BOTTOM LINE: Buster & Lilly's employees do what is easiest for them and not what is best for your dog. Just say no to Buster & Lillys' - You can do better!

My pup loves coming here. Anytime we get anywhere near that part of town he starts getting really excited. They are nice, friendly and truly love and care about all the dogs who go here. We've boarded him here overnight many times. They also provide baths, and grooming. Great place, friendly staff. Bonus: I can watch my for my dog on their IG story daily. It's really fun :)

My dog starts going all crazy in the back seat. When I get close to the parking lot. He never acted like that at the two other places. I tried for him to have play dates so I'm very happy with that. The staff is very nice. I make sure that they have updates on his shots and everything. I bring them the paperwork and they are appreciative. Love this place!

We LOVE Buster & Lilly's! Our pug puppy Rocco loves going and is so excited when we pull into the parking lot!! He loves his naps afterward lol.

Loved taking my dog there at first but after awhile they said he was humping other dogs. Never in 4 years has he ever done that! We boarded him for 10 days and when we went to pick him up they said he could come for daycare but not boarding! When we called while on vacation the girls said he was good. I don't get it! Don't think we will go back! Sorry to say, but I'll stay with Camp Bow wow!

The best dog daycare/boarding ever. I have kind of a tricky dog, and the employees are always so kind and patient with her. The owner is one of the nicest people I have ever met. I love that I can drop her off just for a couple hours to get some socialization. A lot of dog daycares can feel corporate-y and cold, but this is such a community-oriented, welcoming environment. My dog loves it here!
