BrainWave Computer staff person Mark managed to save ALL of the data from my defunct Mac computer. I was frantic after the “genius” at the Apple Store was unable to do anything for my computer when it refused to start. He also could not recommend any local data recovery company which could help me. I found BrainWave computers on-line and took my deceased Mac Book there. Mark tried repeatedly to get it to turn on and after some days was considering giving up. However, he tried one final trick and it came to life. He then retrieved all of my data, created two backup devices, and helped me to get it all into my new computer. I will be forever grateful!

Great local computer spot. I was struggling with a new gaming pc build (I was rusty) and wound up having them finish the job. They did a great job and I’m really happy shops like this still exist. Everyone there is super friendly and the shop has awesome character. Highly recommended.

I first heard about Brainwaves on Nextdoor because many people recommended them. Both times I’ve taken my tech problems to them, they’ve had creative and affordable options for me. They’ve saved me many hundreds of dollars, as well as being very knowledgeable about my problems. Another place may have tried to upsell me, but here they upgraded my dinosaur laptop that is now working like new. Great folks and great place to do business!

Wow. Somehow I forgot to post this. I highly recommend this shop. They listen well and find solutions. I will go back again. And I plan to tell any of my friends needing technical trouble shooting support. These guys are sure to fix it.
