Repair staff are A+ in customer and bike service alike. They always provide sound advice and are always pleasant to work with. I've brought my trek bike in numerous times, often for benign issues, but they always make sure that I'm squared away before leaving. Again, a great place for service.

Portland is known for bike-ridership, with which comes a lot of local bike shops. While Trek is a bigger brand shop, this shop really has all the goodness of an LBS. The staff is very friendly, but most importantly, the bike repair shop is always staffed with very competent and cheerful bike techs. Be it purchases or bike repair, you will leave very satisfied with the products and workmanship. Highly recommended.
They have a lot of electric bikes as well right now it seems like.

VERRY friendly staff overall!
The repair crew is outstanding with their knowledge as well as their willingness to share it for me to learn. I came in with a question but they had it fixed almost faster than I could ask and explain. And it was something off the beaten path with components from 20 years ago!

Great help. Showed me how to adjust disc brakes. Real easy. Needed a new light for grandson's bike. It was readily available.

Excellent experience. It has been 20-years since we have been in a bike and wow have the options improved. Matt took good care of us and we just finished our first 5 miles with our new bikes and helmets. Great service and experience. Highly recommend.
