“This store is conveniently open on Sundays, while all others (I know about) in the area seem to be closed, which is very appreciated. But a few years ago some of the staff were not very customer focused, competent or organized.So yesterday I gritted my teeth and went in for a much-needed tire change. - Good thing I did - I was blown away by how much better things are now - 200% better! Alex was the maestro of the service area and what an amazing job he did/does, as I'm sure the entire crew does. I have now put this store firmly BACK into my "Go-To" category - keep up the good work guys!”

“This is my go to shop for parts and gear. They have a ton of stuff on hand in their Beaverton location and can easily have stock shipped over from their other warehouses. The folks working there are super knowledgeable about bike stuff and have never pointed me in the wrong direction when looking for advice on what to buy. They're friendly too which makes for a positive experience.”
