Purchase service excellent.
Helpful, personalized car service from start to finish. For example, the rear gate on my car had stopped opening all the way. My service manager showed me how to adjust the height. It was simple and useful… especially when my SUP is strapped on the roof.
Also there is a comfortable work-while-you-wait area .

I worked mostly with Aly. She was incredible. She kept me posted on every aspect of what was happening with my car. I have never worked with someone as wonderful as she was while dealing with the ongoing issues. She kept me totally informed on every step.
Also the folks at the front desk were also were really wonderful. Overall my entire issues were handled very professionally and with ease. Thank you all.

Flexible scheduling. Good checking/inspection and recommendations. Fast service. Have been servicing my Toyota Sienna with them for the past 7 years. The service agents are courteous and knowledgeable.

The service department is excellent! This visit Luis supervised the work. Transactions are transparent, communication is thorough and informative, and the wait time was just as predicted. The department has kept my 2013 Scion IQ in tip-top shape!

I love Beaverton Toyota! I was able to test drive my Tundra and make my purchase with one amazing person Hisela! She was extremely helpful and I was very impressed to have the most knowledgeable sales person there! She didn’t feed me any nonsense about my vehicle and went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted in my vehicle!

Took almost 3 hrs for oil change and tire rotation, inspection report was provided at 2.5 hrs for required maintenance so no time to respond, and they did not apply the service coupon.
