This was the best test drive and car buying experience we’ve had! John was super knowledgeable and showed us every feature in the vehicle until we were comfortable with the it. The purchase part was efficient and seamless. We look forward to being repeat customers!

Purchased a 2018 Ford edge from Bob lamphere Kia in Beaverton. Sales team was nice and the buying experience was great. The vehicle however was not so great. Within 2 days of taking the vehicle home the check engine light came on misfire cylinder 3. Service was prompt in getting it in to look at however stated it was a old code and they fixed it while doing the inspection. Fast forward a few weeks check engine light on again. Had to have it towed to Beaverton from the coast. I was reimbursed for the towing which was great but still very inconvenient for my family. The code was cylinder 3 misfire again. This time they replaced the coil a second time and could not make it throw the misfire code again. Fast forward another few weeks misfire code again. This time I took it to my local Ford dealer and it was determined the engine needs replaced coolant in the cylinder. I'm leaving this one star review because now my family will be without a vehicle for potentially months due to engines being on back order. If Oregon had a lemon law on used vehicles I would have 100% returned this vehicle ?

“One person one price” is a total lie. There were costs hidden in the fine print, had to work with multiple sales people that were all pushy, and ran into hiccups with the purchase process. Did get the car, like the car so far, and a decent deal - but the actual purchase was a horrible experience with many hours of wasted time. Much prefer purchasing used cars directly from previous owners.

Got a very nice Niro at a very good price. Worked with James and Carlos who were both very professional, gave me great information about fuel options, presented me with some great options and sent me home as a very satisfied customer with my first hybrid! Everyone I encountered at Beaverton Kia were courteous, non-pushy, eager to help and just plain polite. Overall a very pleasant experience!!

We went in today to get some information and left with a new car for our recently grown family. Enrique, Jonathan, and Mike were super helpful in getting us the best deal. We didn't think the Telluride we would want would be in budget, but they made it happen and fairly quickly. Enrique helped me load the new car and move my children's car seats. It was so kind of him to help since I was alone with my toddler and baby. And when I left things in my trade in he was kind enough to come back after he'd left for the night to help me get them and not have to come back another day. Overall we are very satisfied with tonight's purchase and the service we received. Another great experience at Beaverton Kia.
