You’re going to get the absolute best at this dealership and the quality of the experience is worth the visit. Explored different options and just so happy with selecting the Honda Pilot 2025, it’s a beast. Melvin was the calm I needed in an anxious process of financing and walked me through step by step resulting in so much more than I expected. Feel like I got beyond an excellent deal. Highly recommended and our frequent family visited establishment for buying vehicles.

This is strictly for sales - As soon as you sign on the dotted line you are treated like a 2nd class citizen. After spending nearly $100,000 on 2 brand new cars …. Our brand new 2025 Honda filled up with water a few days after owning it and the sales managers have refused to speak with us multiple times. Putting sales people on the phone, and even refused to speak with us in person. We are just asking that they pay for the rental cars. The sales person lied to our face and said that the rental department is closed. While they are literally getting our rental ready.
The service department has been great so far.
We will be giving all 0s when they call us for a survey on TWO brand new cars we bought.

I can't recommend this dealership. The salesperson didn't introduce himself or ask my name, was curt, seemed impatient and annoyed by my questions, and really didn't seem like he wanted to be there. I left the lot feeling like an idiot.

I stopped by to “just look” & ask a few questions….and drove away in the PERFECT new car! I was grateful to see a woman on the sales team & Margo was AMAZING (10/10!). She was so patient & knowledgeable, and made sure I was comfortable & informed every step of the way. I couldn’t be happier with how I was treated, or with my new ride!

My experience with Manny today was purely pleasurable. He was very acknowledgeable and friendly. I expected an all day ordeal purchasing a vehicle today and the total process was only a few hours. I will definitely return to your establishment when it comes time to trade in my vehicle.

Mixed experiences. I'm happy with the car I got and I feel as though I got it at a reasonable price, especially with how insane the used car market still is. I took it for a PPI and my mechanic said everything looked great, except for the leaking waterpump. Which wasn't found during Honda's "156 point rigorous inspection," When I brought that up and requested they either fixed it or met me on the cost, they told me no. Okay, whatever, car is still below my budget, but I was disappointed they lacked principle on the matter. When I'd been shown the inspection sheet, there was body work done that the manager couldn't even tell me was, lol. My mechanic pointed out that there were several spots that were painted over. I don't know why they couldn't have just said that from the beginning, it wasn't a huge deal. Like, surely you saw the car before it was taken to the body shop, so you must've had an idea of what it looked like before. The paint job is pretty rough looking now that I've noticed it. And I realized my front passenger window doesn't match the rest of my windows -- not tinted, and its just an entirely different brand.
Jose was the salesperson who helped me and he was pretty chill. He wasn't suffocating at all during the process, was flexible in meeting with me, didn't push any extended warranties or anything on me, didn't pull any stupid manipulative tactics to get me in the door. We did the paperwork, he was able to break down the fees and costs and explain them to me, so I'm happy with the service he provided.
Overall, not completely dazzled by the experience, not really sure I'd come back. You can't really expect a used car to be in New Car condition. But I love my car and felt it was the best deal out of everywhere else I looked, and it was a car I'd been wanting for a pretty long time that WAS in really good shape, save for the minor cosmetic stuff and waterpump.
I did wake up this morning to a "hard inquiry" on my credit score after I was told my credit wasn't being ran and that they were just connecting with my bank for my pre approval. I'd like an explanation for that.

I took our Honda in for an oil change, tire rotation, etc. Connor Kujala was the person who helped me. He was very pleasant and professional and told me that a tire was badly worn and recommended a new tire. It makes me nervous to think of having a bad tire, but he said I could wait but get a new one within a month or less. He is always pleasant when I see him. I would give him an A+ for his customer service.

Luke was pleasant enough to work with. Losing stars due to the surprise of having to pay $877 for a paint coating “warranty” they “put on all their cars” but do not disclose that until you are ready to sign paperwork. They tell you that you can’t decline it because they’ve already done it.
Update: I contacted the GM and they said we should not have been charged that and the “new salesman” made a mistake. (Even though we told him 3 times we didn’t want extra warranties). They are sending a refund. If that is received I will change my rating.
Update: We received a refund for the erroneous $877 “warranty” that was pushed by the salesman. Changing rating to 3 stars. Car seems to be running well. I hope they honor the powertrain warranty if any issues arise.
