I ordered some long-stem roses for Valentine's Day. It was very easy to place my order online, a week in advance, and the delivery was seamless. I received my flowers at 10AM, and all is well. I definitely recommend this place if you're needing a low stress option for buying quality flowers.

My husband has been sending me flowers from Beaverton Florists for over 3 years now and I have never been disappointed! They are always fresh and last a long time. The vases they come on are also so fun and unique! Customer service from the delivery driver is always pleasant too. Highly recommend!

I received a flower bouquet that included yellowing browning roses and some stems with dried up dead flowers. A bouquet anyone would receive and wonder how it was okay for it to go out for delivery. I felt terrible to have to call but I did. I have to say they were responsive and sent another bouquet. Appearing fresher however I'm attaching pictures of what happened to the big flower as we got into night time hours of the same day of the flowers delivery, and as I'm watching this big flower drop petals, I'm thinking that is not a fresh flower! Fresh flowers don't do that. I'm very disappointed because the Beaverton florist has had a good reputation, and I understand things can happen. But 2 bouquets with dead or dying flowers? While I experienced excellent customer service from the proprietor, the dead or dying flowers were disappointing, especially considering these things don't come cheap.The first 2 pics are from the first bouquet. The second 2 pics are today's delivery. Seriously?

The ladies in the back yelling at the girls up front. I don't know what or why but it was unprovoked and unprofessional while they were trying to help me. Very few rules to customer service. Be kind. Be understanding. Correct and critique in private!

Viv just helped me with an order, and she was incredibly helpful! She and I looked over the different arrangements on the website, and she recommended one that is stunning. It was the perfect bouquet for the occasion. When she was not certain how to answer a question I had, she took a moment to thoroughly check, and provided a complete answer. They used to be way more accommodating. Wouldn't do an arrangement with several orchids. Only what they had made up. Disappointed as I wanted nicer for my daughters birthday.

They're the best! Customer service is excellent, the online site is easy to order from, you get a photo of the arrangement when the designer has completed it, the order is sent exactly on time, and you get a notification when it's delivered. Called to place an order for family friends from out of state. Hannah was exceptionally helpful and even FaceTimed with me so I could see the selection. She went above and beyond and even had them deliver the same day. Thank you for being the best!

Beaverton Florists are great - I've used them for years. Everyone there is amazing - from the person answering the phone, the floral designers, and their delivery people. As others have mentioned, they give you a preview picture of the completed arrangement, and they are great about custom orders. I've ordered from them online, but this time I ordered over the phone. They have a nice personal touch and I will continue to give them my business as they are wonderful. Thanks again.

Called and spoke to Bianca to order flowers for my Mom's 93rd birthday.Confirmed they could deliver to her address.Told her what I'd like and when to have them delivered.Spoke to my Mom on her Birthday and confirmed they were delivered as promised and she absolutely Loves them!Thank you Beaverton Florist and a special Thanks to Bianca!Sorry, no photos of the arrangement...

We had heard great things about this place... we came to Beaverton Florist in hopes of scheduling an appointment to pick flowers for our fathers funeral. We wanted this to be a family decision, that we would do together and we're hopefully to schedule an appointment on a Monday. The women working the counter was very stand offish explaining how they didn't have any sales personnel on Mondays as it was a "catch up day" due to a high amount of flowers coming in to the store. She then proceeded to tell us just look on the computer at flowers and pick them out that day. When she asked how we planned on paying, granted, we hadn't even picked flowers out... we explained we were going to pay 5 ways... as in split it between siblings and our uncle. She stood back from the computer and expressed she didn't know how to do that and that we needed to pay as one bill and "figure out the rest ourselves" There were many others comments from 2 employees that ultimately lead to us leaving the business. Yes emotions were high as we had just lost our father and we're planning a funeral, but the customer service was very poor and we felt like a burden by our experience in a time we were grieving and had no sympathy for our loss. I did not want to write a review online as I did not want to post this to yelp AT ALL. I chose to call and ask to speak with the Owner regarding the manner. I was transferred to a voicemail and have yet to hear back on the manner after several work days. Overall very disappointed and took our business elsewhere and we were greeted by a fantastic staff and great customer service!

Incredible experience with Beaverton Florists! I called from Chicago with a same-day request for delivery. They asked me all the right questions, sent me a picture of the completed arrangement, and had it delivered all within an hour of my call. And the arrangement was STUNNING! I highly recommend.
