The guy that towed our car was rude to us even through we just got in a car accident. I almost cried so I had to back away while my boyfriend got the last things from our car. The guy that towed our car was only nice to the cops. The cops were nice to us but he was not very nice to us. We had a three way line phone call with him and us plus our insurance he was very rude to all three of us on the phone. We are out of state just trying to figure out things. Kindness goes a long way.

Wish I could give it zero stars. Had my car towed there Monday. Am told my car will be done Wednesday. Wednesday roles around and nobody answers my call. Thursday morning I call again and am told that the mechanic assigned to working on my car will not be able to work because he hurt his arm. I ask if there are any other workers available and they said there was someone else but he was "working on bigger things" and that basically I just need to get my car towed somewhere else. I lost out on at least 2 days of work as well as hundreds getting it towed there. As soon as I started talking about the money that I lost, they hung up and hang up every time I call how. The worst car place imaginable. And of course they offered no help getting my car anywhere else. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.

I want to thank Bob and the team for the quick response on towing my rig after dropping the drive shaft. I was very pleased that it took less than 24 hours to tow and repair. I had also ask for an oil change which they did. Bob even took time to examine the undercarriage as well. Then the sweet point of it all, it came in under what I thought it should have cost. Thank you guys for the sweet job and effort.

I can't even begin to tell you how awful this company is. I parked in a spot that said shopping parking and they towed me a min away to their lot and charged me 488 for the tow I get there to pick up my car super upset as I've never had my car towed and they drove off saying I was too hard to deal with so I called Beaverton police they even are done with these guys!! Get them out of this city. 3 grown men can't deal with a girl Whose upset about her car being towed???? So they let me sit out there for 2 hours before coming back to finally give me my car thanks for a great night guys

So do I like getting towed? Not in the least. Do I appreciate honest work and integrity? Always. These guys made a horrible situation a lot more bearable simply because they showed compassion. Being out the $$ isn't so great, however understanding the laws, even after hours in an emergency, means that these guys are just doing their job correctly.

Mr. Lee fixed my 2001 Pontiac Firebird electronic ignition system so I have the great feeling it is running as always. It has only 40,000 original miles and he treated my car as if it was his own.
