They got the most important work done and seemed to be savvy in getting good deals on parts. However, when I got my vehicle back, there was trash that wasn’t ours in the trunk, the check engine light was on, the left turn signal was faster than the right with a warning that the left signal light was out, and there was a warning that the parking light was out. When I brought it in, none of these warnings or lights were on. There was also a daytime running light that was out but it was like that when I took it in guess they forgot about it. Just really disappointed and frustrated that I now have to take it into another place.

I am extremely grateful to Jim and the team at Beaverton all transmission, after one shop quoted me seven grand to re-build my transmission. I decided to get a second opinion, and had my car shipped out from Portland to Beaverton and Jim told me that was not a necessary job. My car did not have a transmission problem, it was electrical and shift solenoid.Although he wasn’t able to help me with my specific problem, he didn’t try to rip me off with unnecessary repairs like art of maintenance did in Northeast Portland , if I ever do have a transmission problem or if I know someone who does 100% I am recommendingJim. It seems like it’s getting harder and harder to find an honest mechanic and and Jim is one of the honest ones.

I recently brought in a car that was not downshifting going uphill. Ugh. I called and was informed the diagnostic was free - dropped it off, got a call in the afternoon and they had a ready diagnosis. I'd rather be driving a manual transmission, but at least I leaned who to come see when I have a transmission issue again!

I was having serious issues with my truck and was told it was my transmission by another mechanic. Troy looked over my truck for me and let me know the real issue had nothing to do with my transmition! They are honest, kind and wonderful when it comes to communication! They have had my car for over 3 MONTHS!!! Jim (manager) has given me every excuse possible! First, it was a part shortage, then it was problems with rebuilding the original transmission, staff shortage, and now they are putting in a whole new transmission! I have been more than patient with this business but they have been holding my car hostage for WAY too long!! This has been a hardship for my family and I!! I do not want to pay him a cent!! I understand that since Covid things have gotten rough but 3 months is a long time and they have been incompetent to say the least!! This will go down in history as the worst car repair experience I have ever had!!

Took a long time because my car isn't all that common but they gave me a hell of a deal. Other shops wanted 4k starting off and Beaverton All transmission gave me a price that was half of that. I recommend going here if you want a good deal. If you got money I recommend another shop because they are backed up

Dropped 3k. Says 100percent warranty. 24 months came to them less than two yrs. With in the year of service and now they are trying to charge me when it say 100 percent warranty. I asked for fine print indicating the 90 month policy to return the transmission they bought from a third party as an excuse of why I now have to come out of pocket more cash. Save your money. They don't call you or even remember the work they do on your car! ? ?

This shop is great. Went in with a 90's Toyota that was shifting rough and came out with the issue solved. Just make sure you go in during weekdays, they aren't open over the weekend.

After being left with a car that wasn't running right, and taking it to a shop that couldn't find the problem, and a car insurance company that didn't want to pay for the rental car I needed because my car was out if commission for 5 days, I found this place, Point S. So grateful! They not only made my car run like new again, but after hearing about my issues with the rental car, they gave me a loner car to use, for free, until they fixed my car. Such good people, honestly, I was truly amazed at their compassion, understanding, and abilities as far as an auto shop! I will never take my car anywhere else again! God bless you guys!
