First time going to this Auto Shop. First impressions were great! Clean shop, very friendly staff, great pricing and faster turn around than I expected. I will definitely recommend this shop to anyone and everyone. I will definitely be coming here again.
Update: Second time going to Bassitt Auto. So friendly. Amazing communication. Love they recommend things that NEED to be done and things that could wait to be fixed/repaired at a later time. Love this shop.

I had an amazing experience. The team was fun and friendly, and the best part was I actually paid less than what they quoted me, which was already half of what another mechanic quoted. Great job guys you earned a customer for life.

I never had that defensive feeling any time your approach a mechanic. Their goal was to address my concerns and nothing else. No extra things that would increase the cost. Totally honest and full of integrity.

I’ll keep this brief but to the point. Bassit auto is thorough, professional, and downright admirable in their work ethic. The staff are easy to talk to, and honest in their assessments. I have taken my previous car to them five times. Now, I have a new vehicle with a foreign engine in an American body. Bassit auto was the only shop that said; yes, we can handle this. My respect for them grows each time. I continue to look forward to benefiting from their services in the future

only giving two stars because they don't charge you for attempting to fix things they already worked on. went in a 2 years ago for whining noise in my car. they ended up swapping three belts. it was great for a year then came back took it in they tightened the belts up. not even a year later in again for same thing. i was told its common for this to happen. This many times though? now today I lost all my power steering, my radio, and and break lights and battery light came on. hmmm doesn't that mean a bad alternator. It should last more then 2 years. i would make an appointment but every time i did that in the past it always ended up being a day or time i never picked. Edit: had someone take another look at it and there are only two belts on. Another that was snapped in the engine bay. One looked new ish the other looked so bad the ribs were cracking and some had strands.

2007 Ford F150 with Triton engine. Vehicle had a long running intermittent misfire problem. As a shade tree mechanic myself I had researched and watched many videos about this issue. I decided there was no way I was going to tackle this project myself. This engine series has a long documented problem of the spark plugs seizing in the cylinder heads and breaking off when attempting to replace them. Sure enough 3 of them broke off. This is such a common problem that there was even a tool specifically developed for the removal of the broken spark plug. Mike kept me updated through the entire process. This repair spanned 3 days. As such you can imagine the ever increasing labor component of the final bill. They compassionately made an adjust to the labor and while it was still an expensive bill I was very thankful for their consideration. I certainly would not have any reservations about taking any of my vehicles to Bassitt for future service or recommending their service.

This is a trustworthy shop with excellent customer service. I'm so grateful a friend recommended Bassitt. Mike answered my questions and didn't add on unnecessary services, even though I inquired about them and he totally could have. Thank you Mike!! This team does a great job. I'm bringing my other car in next week for service. Repeat customer for sure!

Very friendly, polite, & honest shop. Had AC fixed in our 1990 Chev Truck. They kept me informed. Very reasonable on price & even threw in a coupon which made it even less.
I highly recommend Bassett Auto & will use them again if needed.

Highly recommended Bassist Auto Company for all domestic vehicles. I worked with Kevin who provided excellent customer service and completely kept me updated with all work that were necessary to repair my Dodge pickup. Work was completed within 24 hours (had to overnight a part) otherwise pretty sure it would have only taken a day. The fact another auto mechanic recommended Bassist because they don’t work on domestic speaks volumes. Definitely found a mechanic I can trust going forward regarding my Dodge.
