Yahmir (I think was his name) was so friendly and helpful! I came in without an appointment and I’ve been trying for a week to get a bank account (at 2 other locations) with no help and no luck. This gentleman was kind, friendly, and got me in and out- so appreciated!

Horrible experience, would not recommend. My family has been trying to work to close accounts that my father with dementia has opened. At every other bank he opened accounts at, we were able to close the accounts with my mother’s power of attorney EXCEPT Bank of America. They said we have to bring him in to close the accounts. HELLO! He is lacking cognitive function and will not cooperate with us. You people need to do better. Shame on all of you, our family is suffering and you refuse to help us.

I like Bank of America, but I don't like going into the actual building of Bank of America. Because it's always full with people, and there's always a line.

This location is outstanding and the staff just as good! Everyone is so polite and much welcoming to everyone! All I can say is that the staff really knows how to treat their customers ver well!Awesome customer service and I’d say keep up the good work!

Bank of America has earned a reputation as the epitome of a poor banking experience. It is disheartening to witness their utter disregard for customer satisfaction. Regardless of their abysmal rating, they demonstrate a shocking lack of concern. Even in the presence of multiple idle tellers and bank associates, they persist in treating customers poorly. Their disrespectful and dismissive attitude leaves a lasting impression of frustration and disappointment. It is strongly advised to steer clear of Bank of America and explore alternative banking options that prioritize customer care and strive for excellence. Avoiding this institution at all costs is the only sensible course of action.

UNDERSTAND THAT IF YOU'RE A BofA CUSTOMER THEY WILL NOT HONOR THE CHECK THAT YOU WRITE TO ANYONE. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR WISHES. THEY WILL NOT HONOR YOU... PERIOD. THINK ABOUT THAT. JUST TRY TO TAKE CASH OUT OF THIS PLACE! YOU CAN'T. THEY REFUSE LEGITIMATE TENDER CASHING THEIR OWN CHECK. CERTAINLY NOT AN IMPRESSION I'D WANT TO MAKE ON A POTENTIAL CUSTOMER. YOU SHOULD BE VERY WORRIED KNOWING YOU'LL NEVER GET IN WITH A LINE 2 BLOCKS LONG. I BELIEVE YOUR MONEY WOULD SERVE BETTER ANYWHERE ELSE. I'LL BET THEY BEGIN CHARGING YOU $5 EVERY TIME YOU NEED TO TALK WITH A REPRESENTATIVE.

Yes, the Asian lady was very friendly as I was purchasing a big item. She was very professional and I forgot her name. Cashiers check was free.

This location's ATM's consistency do not work, and they will not pick up the phone if you call. After attempting to get some assistance with an issue on my account (to zero resolve), I think I'll be closing my account.

I’m new to BOA, I have been waiting in line for 30 minutes only one cashier working behind the counter on Friday afternoon! There is two more cashiers sitting on their desks behind the counter they even don’t care!!!

It’s very sad to see how BofA going downhill now since I became a customer 18 years ago! I went to this branch today, December 21 2022 at 11.20 am. It was ONE teller working only and line of 8 people. I waited 20 min, 2 people were served only. I left. It’s a busy Christmas time, and seems like the branch management doesn't care about it. The place looks dead. No stuff working, no cheerful Christmas atmosphere... I am thinking to move to a different bank now.
