I bought an Audi from the Beaverton location five months ago and asked for them to order me a Veteran's license plate. At first, the sales guy said they could do that, but when I got there with my documents, he said I would need to get the regular plate (which costs over $400) first and go to the DMV later to get a veteran's plate (which only costs about $100). I called the DMV right after, and they told me no, to go back to the dealer and make them order the veteran's plate. So I did that. I was told I would be refunded the extra cost for the regular plate. That has never happened. I have also never received a license plate. Every time I call the DMV, they tell me the dealership has not paid the ~$100 for the plate. I have been calling every week for 2 months now, and I get transferred around, sent to voicemail, talk to people who know nothing and can do nothing. The lack of post-sales responsiveness from the dealership is alarming and should cause people to reconsider doing business here.

I've bought a pre-owned Q5 a year ago and Shane Randall was my sales person at the time and he's provided such excellent VIP customer service from start to finish and until this day he has followed-up with me on how the car is doing. I'm so happy that I've chose Audi of Beaverton and will continue to recommend Shane to anyone that's in the market for an Audi vehicle.

Recently I purchased a 2024 Audi Q8 e-tron Quattro at Audi Beaverton. My sales person, Shane Randall, did an excellent job guiding me through the process of choosing and buying this car. He listened to my priorities and found a car which met my wishes. I would give him 6 out of a possible maximum of 5 stars on a review.Shane was patient and effective in teaching me how to drive this electric car. I’ve never had an electric car before. Driving it is much more like a gas powered car than I expected. Even though I’ve only owned it for a week, I feel confident backing it into my narrow garage from a steep driveway. Shane taught me how to use the excellent cameras from the overhead view and all sides.He helped me get the most features for my money by using a current Audi promotional discount as well as a discount for my Costco membership.He introduced me to Julie Dikih in service who pointed out the excellent reliability of the Audi e-trons .I feel confident that I have bought a reliable, well built car that looks awesome.

Mark Manzo has been very helpful completing my lease of Audi Q5 2023; when I went to Beaverton Audi, Oregon on 9/29/23. He's very helpful, professional attentive. He went through multiple options for me (comparing different Audi models: Q3, Q5); different additional services, printing multiple options deal offers and also provides each option in details. I even changed my option a couple of times and Mark was so patient with all my changes. I was lucky that Mark helped me making my choice; which I am very pleased with. In addition, all other staff interactions for this lease were helpful and professional. Thank you very much!

Found an a Audi online and called the dealership, they were incredible to work with as well as held the car for me to get up to buy it. Had Mark Manzo as a salesman and he was nothing but incredible! Definitely recommend coming here if you are looking for a new or used Audi! They made the buying process simple and quick!

I've been to several other car dealerships in the Portland metro area, but have been coming back to Audi Beaverton for over 20 years. We recently purchased our 5th Audi from them, and we've always received the best possible service both at the dealership and their east side service facility. Very professional sales staff that goes out of their way to help you. These guys are first-class.

When asking for a quote to repair a window they gave me a quote and only when I got there did they tell me it was only for the parts and didn't include the labor which tripled the cost, which was already more than other shops in the area. I showed up for my appointment only to find out the service tech I had my appointment with had already gone home for the day, so I waited 30 min until I finally asked for help. After that, I had to call multiple days per week to get them to pass along the correct information to my insurance as they kept giving the wrong information, or just not responding at all. You pay more for worse service, I would not recommend going here to anyone.

The absolute WORST ongoing experience I have ever had! Issue #1 (read on for all the rest): Almost got killed!Their garbage service almost got my wife and son killed! The steering rack failed abruptly while driving, locking the steering straight while heading into a turn, then suddenly turning hard left and locking towards the edge of the road and incoming traffic! My wife was barely able to get the vehicle under control by pulling on the wheel as hard as she could, causing severe pain and damage to her post-surgery neck and back! Had the steering rack replaced, and IN WRITING Audi Beaverton refused to do any further work on the steering rack, even though we have a letter from Audi NA stating that the steering rack is under full warranty and all service will be honored.... and guess what happened next... the new steering rack did the EXACT same thing to ME while driving, with my wife and son also in the car! Audi Beaverton still refused to do anything about it until significant push-back by us and presenting the letter from Audi NA. Afterward Audi Beaverton ADMITTED to having not properly updated the firmware of the vehicle after installing the new steering rack which caused the second failure! Their mistake literally almost killed us! Issue #2: massive exhaust leakOur vehicle developed a severe exhaust leak, belching diesel exhaust directly into the cab. It was so severe that my son vomited in the back seat and complained his eyes and lungs were burning, and my wife got a severe headache, dizziness, burning eyes and lungs! Audi Beaverton's "solution" to the problem was, they told us to not drive the vehicle for just short trips, and to drive it more aggressively! ARE YOU F*CKING KIDDING ME WITH THIS?! Audi Beaverton continued to blame our driving habits for the problem, until finally bringing the vehicle to them and demanding it be looked into... and guess what they found, the catalytic converter was completely clogged with crystalized DEF fluid, hence causing the exhaust to backup and leak into the cab. After they replaced the catalytic converter, the mechanic ON VIDEO stated "we do not know what is wrong with the DEF system that clogged the catalytic converter, and are going to release the vehicle back to us and "hope" that the system starts working properly"! This is beyond immoral and unethical! Issue #3: underpanels of vehicle ripped off while driving!The underpanels of the vehicle had to be removed to perform service on the vehicle, and were improperly installed TWICE! The first time it happened, I was able to resecure it myself, and discovered that the front-center panel's hardware had not even been tightened, which caused air to rip the panel downward while driving effectively acting like a large airfoil, causing the steering to become erratic and unstable due to the large panel grabbing the airflow like a parachute!The second time this happened, the two front outer panels ripped off while driving, and caused damage to the large center-mid panel! This happened just days after Audi Beaverton had these panels off for yet another service/repair. Audi Beaverton BLAMED US for the panels ripping off saying " we must have hit something". They quoted us $895 to fix THEIR screw-up!Issue #4: failed alignment service damaged our new tiresBrought the vehicle in for an alignment, which wasn't done properly, causing significant wear on the front right tire. Again, Audi Beaverton refused to fix their mistake, and quoted us for realignment, and also once again blamed us for the misalignment, claiming once again "we must have hit something", and claiming a literal chip in the wheel paint (with absolutely no damage whatsoever to the metal underneath the paint) was proof of that! What a joke! After days of arguing they finally performed the realignment... I just had the best experience at Audi Beaverton. Boston in the Service Department was so welcoming, super efficient, and really helpful. My lease was also ending soon, so when I asked to speak to someone regarding a new lease, he set up an appointment for me with Christian, a Brand Specialist. I cannot speak highly enough about Christian. He was so patient while I vacillated over my options; as well as incredibly helpful, professional, and forthright. He made sure the car was perfect, and even installed all the weather mats for me.This is my fourth lease with Audi, and hands down this has been the best experience of all. As someone who is responsible for hiring throughout my own career, Boston and Christian are incredible examples of who you would want to represent your company. Really top notch humans and professionals. Thank you again for the great experience and my new car!

I bought a SUV from them in May. The sales person was excellent. The manager and the service team were very helpful. However, I had a lot of unpleasant experiences, small but they build frustration after several of such experiences. It felt like they made promises to get me to purchase the car but couldn't deliver what they promised.After my first test drive, I left so that i have some time to think about it. The original sales person promised to call on a particular day. He didn't. I waited for 4 more days after his promised time, still nothing. I went to the store instead and continued with another sales person. He is great. The original salesperson saw me but didn't recognize me until I reminded him that he didn't call as promised.I bought the car but I was there for about 3+ hrs to complete the paperwork. In one appt on a weekend morning when I brought my car to install additional features, I made my own coffee using their fancy machine there because the female staff was texting with her head down and she didnt see me standing there for a few mins. The coffee machine must have made some coffee-making sound that alerted her. She looked up and gave me a lecture how I shouldn't make coffee myself and it has to be done by her. Well, from my perspective, I wouldn't if she actually paid attention to her job. Also, I really didn't appreciate being lectured by an associate, especially after I just completed a car purchase.Subsequently, several car features promised by the dealer haven't been delivered, the main one was the speed limit identification limit. It has been almost 4 months.Then there are the financial team and app. I received the first paper statement past due. The app was very difficult to use, partially visible on mobile and I couldn't set anything up. I called the finance team, the agent was rude (no greetings), his voice projection was harsh with tone of reprimanding. He didn't ask the reason I was calling, just immediately ask, can I make payment today? I was like, what? Don't you need to know the reasoning I'm calling. He said, you (meaning me) could say it but he doesn't need to know. Seriously?! What kind of attitude is this???

This dealership was super nice and everything was straightforward. They were pretty busy and still accommodated us as we were walk-ins and didn’t even think we’d leave with a new car today. Fortunately they were able to connect us with Evelyn and I am so glad! She was super kind and friendly, supper knowledgeable about everything and the transaction was incredibly easy. They’re lucky to have her!

I would highly recommend working with David Smith! My husband and I started shopping for a vehicle and had a pretty good idea of what we wanted after doing a bit of our own research. After speaking with numerous salespersons at a variety of different dealerships and being let down a few times, we found a vehicle that checked all of our boxes at Audi. We reached out and David answered all of our questions quickly without trying to push anything on us or give us the typical long winded sales approach that every other salesman gives. Just efficiency and awesome customer service. We traveled from out of town and David went above and beyond to make the process seamless, our new vehicle was detailed and ready when we got to town. On top of all of that the vehicle we purchased has been our favorite vehicle to date.
