I always have a great time here and find those working here to be so friendly and helpful. Thanks for all of your hard work.

I brought the Assistance League some suit jackets and other items that I did not realize had some moth holes in them. The volunteers noticed the holes and immediately returned the items to me stating that people will not pay for items that have moth holes in them. Fair enough. They further pointed out that they found a few cat hairs on the items. After their inspection of a couple of items, they returned my entire donation to me, making me feel like a total loser. I had a different experience with them a year ago when I brought bed linens to them which they accepted easily. I will never go back to this organization to donate goods.

Such a great place! My favorite part about it is the atmosphere of encouragement and kindness it fosters between everyone, especially the ladies, there. There is a one dollar rack that’s fun, the pants rack is cheap and I happened to come on a day where there was a bunch of sales so it was a blast! Thank you to everyone that volunteers and helps run this organization!

They closed changing rooms and don't allow returns. If they adopt fairer policies I'll update my review.Updated response: I realize you do good things for the community and that's great. It would be a more equitable shopping experience for low income shoppers if you either opened your change rooms OR allowed for returns/exchanges of clothing that doesn't fit.

What I love about the Assistance League is that they good quality items for great prices and they help support kids in our community. When I need something for a party I always am able to find something I need and so convenient. And the staff is all volunteer and I appreciate their hard work. I have found some great books, pants, and other items over the years! Even a brand new pair of shoes one time! Great place to shop! Would highly recommend it!

I don't like that the dressing rooms are closed. At this stage in the pandemic, there's no limit on the number of customers who can come into the store, and there is no mask requirement, yet the dressing rooms are closed to protect us from Covid? It doesn't make sense. The check out line is excruciatingly S-L-O-W. The prices are sometimes a bit high, especially on anything that's perceived to be "designer", even if it is woefully out of style.

By far, the best thrift store that I've been to! Prices are awesome: for the quality, the premium brands, for the selection! I feel like a kid in a candy shop when I shop there. Big plus, is how much they give to the community in many capacities. Dress in style for a song while helping others - nothing feels better!!! ☺️

Small but a large and diverse collection of items, though the focus appeared to be on clothing. I happened to go on a day when all jewelry was $1! And they had some charming vintage items. Highly recommended.

Half the store is clothing for older women, and the other half is fancy furniture and decor. Staff is friendly and the store is clean. It's fine if you're into either of the genres they cater to, but this is not the kind of thrift store I am after.

I love this little shop! All the clothes are reasonably priced according to brand and quality! They have consistent quality items and it is not overwhelming to shop at like a goodwill or other thrift store! Love this place so much!

Used to love shopping here, but they are closed on my only days off. And their open hours are while I'm working. Sad :(

There is a great selection of clothes from XS to 3X. The prices are very reasonable and most merchandise is like new. There is also a nice selection of higher quality merchandise called Purple Tag. Everything is displayed very nicely. If you go, remember to check out the shoes and purses. I also love the consignment shop where I have some nice jewelry for a reasonable price. The best part of this store is that all the workers are volunteers and all the proceeds go to help clothe children in the Portland Metro Area. This store also takes both donations and items on consignment.
