This place always has problems at night... its either closed or some crap going on with the registers.. I'd rather pay the few extra cents to get gas guaranteed somewhere else.

Legend has it that this is the ARCO location that Al Yankovich had such a great time at back in the day that he wrote a parody of the YMCA song and called it ARCO & then YMCA heard about it and sent an offer to ARCO to buy them out and change the name of every YMCA to ARCO but they passed on the offer!It just goes to show you that the amazing customer service you get from your friendly neighborhood ARCO staff can change history!Thank you ARCO! For making my day last week! When I came in, I was upset, but I left with a smile on my face! :)

Where to get gas in my friend's car. Asked for $20 regular. Gave the man my card. Then I asked for a receipt. The guy turned around and snapped at me. Told me I should have asked for my receipt beforehand. He handed me my receipt and I started the car and the car was full. Turned out he filled My friend's tank. That $20 turned into $65. I used my card. My friend is a single mom with two children. She was going to give me the $20 in cash later. As we left the gas station she started to cry because she does not have 65.. I covered the jerks mistake. When I went in to talk to the person behind the counter about this guy's attitude in the fact that he overfilled my tank. He cut me off by telling the guy behind the counter that I sat there and waited for my car to be filled before I complained. That I should have been watching how much gas went into my tank. Weird. I didn't know I was getting paid to do his job. I was going here all the time for gas. Looks like I'm going to have to find a different station. So weird question for you all. Was this a mistake? Or a scam....

Worst customer service and have never been treated so poorly by a place that I was I say was cuz I would rather pay $10 over the gas price then go back to this place the Asian owner is completely rude and condescending and called me a liar and refused to refund me the money that she took fraudulently. I pulled in to get gas the attendant asked how much I wanted I said $5 I had a $20 bill that I borrowed from a friend and needed to return the remaining amt cuz she didn't have change anyway so I said to the man oh it's ok I need change I'll take it in he's like no I got it so I said ok thank u he came back out and another car had pulled up and I thought it was strange he didn't hand me back the $15 in change but thought he was just helping the other person quickly and then would bring me my change about that time I noticed that the pump was at $6.04 and I yelled at him excuse me hello stop this I only wanted $5 so he stopped it at that time it had gotten to $10 I said I said only $5 and he went inside and came out with $10 change I'm like um no I need the other $5 back that's not my money and he directed me to the Asian woman who argued with me called me a liar refused to give me my money back and said I needed to get it from the attendant he of course didn't have any money so she then said no I'm not giving u anything u want money u call the police!!!! All This over $5 if it was my money I wouldn't care honestly but I borrowed it and didn't have the $5 to cover the mistake and the fact she was so aggressive and rude and told me I was a liar and refused to make a customer happy and fix the mistake her employee made is completely unacceptable she has no business dealing with ppl and is the rudest most disrespectful person I have ever encountered at a place I was a customer to a well known business what a cheap ignorant poor excuse for a person this lady was I intend to make a police report for the simple fact she made such a big deal outta something she should have just owned and used the general customer is always right motto don't ever go to this gas station u will be making a huge mistake unless u like being stolen from !!!
