The customer service at ARCO is commendable. The friendly and courteous staff, especially those who assist with refueling, provide a pleasant experience. Given the current high gas prices, it is particularly satisfying to receive great service, at the very least.

Absolutely disgusting staff. Throws things at customers, charge you more than you ask for gas. The guy who runs it is not experienced in running a business and shouldn’t be.

Stopped here for gas and was told they dont have a restroom for customers. Will not be going back here.

It wasn't too bad. The main building was under renovation, but I like that you can't pump your own gas.

Hispanic short older lady kept lying to me talking about they didn't have anymore chomp vegan chocolates but to come back next time. I believed her and pumped gas while trying to get chomp vegan chocolates. Until she finally decided to be honest and said that actually they will no longer have that product. So guess what? They lost a customer. Never going back there again. I don't support liers!

Went in to buy 2 boxes of Bandit wine priced at 8.99 each. Employee rang them up and came out to over 40 dollars somehow, the screen showed they rang up the item 2 times, and another 3 times. When I pointed this out, the employee insisted that "this is the price". It was to the point where I felt I was being scammed. Will never return to this location

DISCRIMINATION. I am in a wheelchair and my debit card cannot be scanned at the pump. It charges $50 no matter what then refunds what I don't use in 7 business days. The attendant wouldn't help me. I asked him to push the button on the pump that says, "handicap? Need help?" (Something like that) and he wouldn't even do that. I looked and there was no other cars at the pumps.. I told him I could wait a min and he still said no. As I looked up other near gas stations because I WAS ON EMPTY. a 2nd guy came out..an older man..and he told me they don't do that.. Discrimination.

Their diet soda/ zero sugar selections could really use an update as there are only about 3 or 4 choices with stuff typically out of stock. Over heard two employees yelling at each other in the walk-in as I was grabbing my soda. Please have some tact guys.
